Your store has told my father who is handicapped that they would not help him put a screen saver on his phone unless we buy one at your store. We have been tmobile customers for years. He is physically incapable of doing this himself, and I am very disappointed by how you treat my family.I don't know who you hire or what your practices are for customer service, but clearly, with your 3.0 rating, you're consistently missing the mark.We will be going to the 528 Cottonwood location even though they're much farther away

If I could would have given 0 stars horrible people and horrible company T-Mobile the worst cell service provider they are the worst kind of people the kind that sit there and smile and lie straight to your face I would recommend going to any other cell service provider I promise you will have a much better experience

The insurance on the screen protectors is a scam, we got it for our phones 2 months ago and they said they couldn’t find it in their system, so buyer be ware as we were told it was a location based replacement. That’s a lie. We’ve been with T-Mobile for years and never had anything like this happen.

If I could have gave it zero stars I would had. This store is by far the worst I’ve ever been too. One they never answer their phone. Two they lied to have you buy stuff. Nothing but punk kids who work their that while helping you their on their own phone texting or talking.

If zero stars were an option, that is what this location would receive. Management is horrible and is unwilling to assist customers. I went in for a warranty exchange as the new phone was shipped to this location, and they refused to give me the new phone. There were no scratches or cracks on my phone, but they documented that there was damage. I was there for three hours on the phone with customer support and them. They stated that even if there is no damage to the device that their manager requires them to note damage so that they are not dinged by corporate, which then they are not allowed to release the new device. Stay far away from this location as you will be ripped off. If you go to this location, make sure you know what they are documenting. I finally had to have my phone shipped to the 528 location as it is a corporate store. Avoid the 701 unser location at all cost.

Came in to pick up my phone, where I was greeted by a staff that consisted of children who didn't know what they were doing. The boy "helping" me kept having to ask other associates questions, and I still left without my phone. The store, and district manager should be embarrassed, as this is a reflection on them.

I was able to fully set up my tablet and pay my bill with Raymond and the manager Bri and I couldn't be happier with their professionalism and how fast they were able to help me!

First off employees have a terrible attitude i delt with 2 latino males and both of them had bad attitudes and second off I went in to get a screen protector on my phone replaced because I pay for the insurance and that's apart of it and this is the second time they put the screen protector on wrong and when I was leaving I seen it bubble on my screen and I asked them if they could fix it and instead of trying at all they just said its your case when I've had screen protectors with this same case before and they proceeded to argue with me for like 2 minutes infront of a store full of customers so I realized there was no professionalism so I left the establishment if I had any advice fire the people working there now and start over new there are plenty of people who would kill for there spot and the same people that will kill for the spot are the same ones they are arguing with everyday

Me and my grandma called in for a phone, and he put it in a "safe" and it was on a timer for 10 minutes when we got there so we ask him some questions in that 10 minutes he went back and got the 2 phones we wanted he had one phone we asked for and the other was a different phone we ask abt whats the difference abt the new phone and today we came in to get the different phone me and my grandpa has been standing for about least 1 hour or so, and when we got the guy we were talking to last time we talked to him about the phones when he went to the safe he was in the back for 10 minutes he came back and told us he doesnt have that phone, it was the one plus n30 and he said someone already bought them, so we left and were never coming back.

I stopped by as I had a problem with my phone...and I had a great experience of helping me.The people are so friendly.Great crew!!!
