Employees are very helpful.
Always plenty of parking.
The store almost always has everything I need. Prices are fair and reasonable and the store is completely accessible with my wheelchair.
I have been shopping with them for about 20 years.

I have been frequented True Value Since 2002, talked to many of my fellow customers about the kindness and sincere service we have experienced while visiting True Value on Southern Blvd. I’m thinking I’m reading some pretty false complaints. Just saying!

A store 1/4 the size of these big box stores. Everytime I've walked in it's one stop for everything I need. Help is always available. Knowledge on point. Friendly as well.. Thank you!!! Keep up the great work

One of Rio Rancho best stores. Run in, run out with the right part and thousands of steps less and frustration than Lowes and Home Depot. If you dont see the difference, keep going to Lowes and Home Depot, we dont need stupid people at this location.

I accidentaly stayed after their closin time lookin around and they were super nice. Didnt rush me and made sure i got what i needed before i left. They are AWESOME. Always the best service.

I don’t get it. I read the reviews and I see the stars (4.7 ⭐️?) so I’ve kept coming back. One guy has been rude all but one time I’ve been in (my girl was with me). Today the cashier snapped at us for not lifting a bag for her to scan. Last weekend I asked for help with irrigation fittings and she was “too busy” yet only working a few feet away in the same isle. I think I’ve given them too much of my business and I’ll just start running down the hill to one of the big box stores…

To the lady that had to go get change cause I was using cash you are the rudest lady I’ve meet complaining I was the 5th person with cash of a 100 come on Walmart is hiring if your not happy with your job I’ve seen you there all the time but I will not spend my money at this store anymore it’s Lowe’s or home depo I work hard for my money if it bothers you go work somewhere else

Rio Rancho store had what I wanted after wasting time at Home Depot and Lowe’s!
But I purchased two White Weatherproof Porcelain Socket Lampholder’s and a $2.00
( marked down) White Weatherproof Rectangular Lampholder Cover. I carefully assembled everything taking my time, but I wished I had tested it with the bulbs on the ground instead I’m on a tall ladder and I find out the first holder no problem, the second holder the bulb didn’t seem too screw in right so when I removed it the wires broke off and the bulb came out with the socket! I go back to the store and they were out ( my luck so a week later I realized I better order one - a week later I picked it up and ITS A CHEAP METAL ONE THAT IS NOT PORCELAIN!! And doesn’t even look like the original one I bought!
Disappointed
I’m just going to remove the socket with the wiring and try to install it into the porcelain one. Wasted enough time.

Great selection of tools, grilingl/smoker products, various project materials, and even pet supplies. Best part is the helpful , friendly staff. They don't bother you with sales pitches, but are always nearby to answer questions or offer suggestions/advice. This is a great store!
