Fantastic service! Michael was our attendant. He was friendly, professional, and proficient. Very thorough and attentive. Quality of service he gave was a ten and above. He went above and beyond to take care of our service needs. Knowledgeable, understanding, and patient. I highly recommend this location for best services. It’s one of the busiest locations and they are great at what they do.

Terrible ups store. There is absolutely no parking anywhere and staff is never willing to help. Go to the other ups store down the street

Unfortunately, I have to come to this location a lot and most times they are fine, but one negative interaction can change that. They were very busy today, and I know that’s tough for them, but an employee was very short with me. No greeting, very impatient, and just seemed to be bothered that I had three Amazon returns. Didn’t get the name of the employee, but it’s just unfortunate when people aren’t trained to work well when things get busy and they are under pressure.
