“I’ve always been hesitant to buy from a used car dealership — past experiences have been nothing short of a train wreck. But one day, my wife and I noticed an RV on the lot at Integrity Automotive and decided to stop in.
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by several sales reps and ultimately worked with Genaro. We asked if they could move the RV so we could extend the pull-outs and possibly test drive it. Every request was met with a simple “yes.” The RV was immaculate, and Genaro was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to take it for a drive without hesitation. His professionalism honestly surprised me.
After the test drive, Genaro invited us inside to discuss pricing. That’s when we met Hubert, the general manager (and fellow Texan). Over the next few days, Hubert and I went back and forth on numbers, and we eventually reached a fair price.
To close, I want to sincerely thank Genaro, Hubert, Annette, and the entire Integrity Automotive team. This was the first time I’ve ever left a used car lot feeling respected, informed, and confident in my purchase. The staff was open, transparent, and truly seemed to have my best interests at heart.

“Isaac and Marcus made the car buying process less stressful and did not feel pressured into buying a car. I ended up purchasing a 2013 Lexus es300h, a hybrid vehicle that is running flawlessly a year later. Marcus was transparent about the car mentioning a new battery (not the hybrid battery) was replaced and brand new from Toyota before buying. Isaac also allowed me to take the car into a mechanic for an inspection and the mechanic was impressed on how well the car was maintained being a 2013 hybrid. There are no issues with the car, the only thing that was not working was the blind spot monitoring which was mentioned by Marcus but using the mirrors properly, you don't need the blind spot system. Marcus was able to work with me and we were able to make a deal with a reasonable price. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a used car as they are a trustworthy and family oriented business. Thank you access auto!”

My Son’s gave me his old 2008 Honda Civic. It was thrashed. So I brought it to be detailed and it was run down and filthy. I didn’t even think it was possible to get this car this clean. I didn’t expect a miracle just needed a little bit of help for me to drive in comfortably. I just kept saying over and over my mind is blow. I can’t believe it. I’ve never posted a comment before, and I’m 65 years old. The work they did, the excellent care professionalism , and customer service was outstanding. There isn’t one part of the inside of this car that wasn’t touched by their expertise and diligent hard work . I don’t even need seat covers. All the stains are gone. “My friend who is a mechanic went with me. The shop he works for does repairs for D&R Motors. We test drove a Honda Accord. It had been involved in an accident. We noticed small areas of body damage. The car needed freon and two motor mounts which my friend repaired that day. The emissions test was and the car passed. We have been driving the car for 2 days and the car is running ? We're waiting for the title, then registeration Thank you D&R Motors for all you did for us.”

Damian was upfront about a sensor issue the vehicle had, and it was fixed before I picked up. He even offered to have a major part replaced because we weren’t sure if it needed to be done.
