Service was horrible. I made an online order which the employees let sit in their que almost all day. Instead of handing me the phone they cancelled the order and were going to sell me the same phone but for 4x the price. My online order was $35 but they were going to charge me $120 in store for the exact same phone. Also it was a “Free” upgrade they wanted to charge me $120 for. Would not recommend anyone go here. Just buy online. The website is less likely to scam you than these employees.

Very impressed with the customer service given by Cisco at this store. I showed up an hour before the store was about to close, very stressed out because I accidentally dropped my phone and it was so damaged that only a few functions worked. I could not make any calls or even text. I explained to Cisco that I am a Nurse Manager and unable to be without a phone and he went out of his way to ensure I had a functioning phone before leaving. I knew it was going to be a gamble to get a phone before the store closed -and I am positive if I went elsewhere I would not have left with a phone the same evening. Highly recommend visiting this store and I hope Cisco is recognized for his exceptional customer service and for going above and beyond to ensure I left the store with a fully functional phone. I wish more stores had this same high level of customer service. Will definitely be a repeat customer and will send family and friends here.

Chris A is the most pleasant person at this location. He acknowledged me as soon as I walked in and informed me that there was someone before me. He quickly fished with that customer and brought me over to begin working on my account. He was very informative, very friendly and extremely helpful. Even when things go frustrating and none of his management seemed like they were interested in assisting him, he found different ways to figure the account out.
This guy goes above and beyond and I hope this company recognizes what a great employee they have on their hands! Better be careful because I may try and steal him to come work for me!
