Disgusting!!!!!! Waited an hour in line for the drive up pharmacy, it took them a half an hour for one person and they closed when I got to the window!!!!!! Disgusting, horrible putrid place ! I would give them a negative 1000 if I could!

Treated with much disrespect and immediately had my prescriptions moved to a different pharmacy. Being busy i can understand,but rudeness will never be tolerated by me.

Horrible customer service, long waits to get your prescription. The pharmacist with a beard & glasses needs more education. He puts his personal beliefs before medicine & science.

Is there a 0 star option? Absolutely horrible pharmacist!!!! Zero concern for patients or human beings. Will definitely go OUT of the way to avoid Walgreens from all future use of Prescriptions. You're welcome Walgreens for hiring a complete insensitive person to healthcare. Zero care for health. Will Also be sharing with the entire community of patients we see to switch Pharmacies in Rio Rancho and surroundings areas.

They are the only location that absolutely refuses to help patients find a specific rx. All other pharmacies including other Walgreens will assist with the question. As the dr office will not call around to find the medicine in order to send the prescription in to be filled.

Worst pharmacy. I had to go back four times because they continued to tell me my daughters strep medicine wasn't ready. The third time I went I was frustrated and told the lady I had already been back twice before and they told me it would be ready at said time and she had THE WORST high school attitude with me saying it would be another thirty minutes and giving me more excuses how she was the only one (she wasn't the only one the second time I went there. There were four others) and said I can wait or go and then slammed the drive through phone up on me. I came back the final time to pick up my daughters medicine and she said I had to wait ten minutes for her to go back and mix up the medicine STILL. ....are you kidding me? Fire her.

I just can't wrap my mind around how the pharmacy line could possibly take this long. Are y'all sending someone to the Amazon to collect raw materials and then hand making the prescriptions as people come to the window? I've been in line for an hour when there was like 7 cars ahead of me, and it's always this slow, not just today. Speed it up!

ZERO STARS! the absolute worst. They are rude, inconsiderate, no customer service, no training, when there are 10 employees behind the desk and only one register open and making the poor new guy do all the work. I have never been more infuriated that. Waiting 45 minutes outside only to be told to come inside and wait an additional 30 min for them to finish talking in the back before helping customers. This place is a joke!

I absolutely agree with all the other 1 star reviews on this site. The pharmacy is terrible. The phone system is terrible - I too have sat on hold multiple times for over 30 minutes only to be disconnected. I have received the wrong medication. I have had multiple prescriptions delayed. I have sat in the drive-up line for over an hour. Even our doctor has recommended we don't use them. The only reason we do is because they're open 24-hours. If you have another option go with it. The 1.5 star rating is deserved.

Seriously annoyed with the pharmacy!! The women I engaged with the first time I went to get medicine were very unprofessional! I tried calling them just now and I was hung up on! Never again I will get medications from you guys! Horrible customer service!

I just spent 25 mins on hold before being hung up on. I called back and we repeated the process. Nearly an hour on hold, and I barely spoke to anyone.

Zero Stars, if possible. They profile you. They look at you up and down and see if you look “correct.” Just cause I’m in painter's clothes doesn’t mean anything about being able to pay. Don’t look at someone and ask for a blue cross and blue shield card or other things. When I asked what she meant, she acted like I was in the wrong. I found it very rude. I thought coming here was “convenient” for me on my way home, but I will go out of my way to find another pharmacy. Your staff is terrible.

I'm amazed beyond belief how incredibly SLOW the pharmacy is whether in-store or drive thru.Is this ALL Walgreens locations or just mine? If a prescription is ready for pick, then it's ready for pickup. Name, info, here's your prescription(s), any questions, and will that be cash, credit, or debit? BOOM! DONE!Never had this problem with Walmart pharmacy. They must have been deemed too efficient and therefore why they lost the Tricare contract.
