The media storage interface was simple and straightforward. Editing and ordering our photos was simple. The order was ready at the designated time. We will be using this service in the future.

Is there a 0 star option? Absolutely horrible pharmacist!!!! Zero concern for patients or human beings. Will definitely go OUT of the way to avoid Walgreens from all future use of Prescriptions. You're welcome Walgreens for hiring a complete insensitive person to healthcare. Zero care for health. Will Also be sharing with the entire community of patients we see to switch Pharmacies in Rio Rancho and surroundings areas.

Worst pharmacy. I had to go back four times because they continued to tell me my daughters strep medicine wasn't ready. The third time I went I was frustrated and told the lady I had already been back twice before and they told me it would be ready at said time and she had THE WORST high school attitude with me saying it would be another thirty minutes and giving me more excuses how she was the only one (she wasn't the only one the second time I went there. There were four others) and said I can wait or go and then slammed the drive through phone up on me. I came back the final time to pick up my daughters medicine and she said I had to wait ten minutes for her to go back and mix up the medicine STILL. ....are you kidding me? Fire her.

I just can't wrap my mind around how the pharmacy line could possibly take this long. Are y'all sending someone to the Amazon to collect raw materials and then hand making the prescriptions as people come to the window? I've been in line for an hour when there was like 7 cars ahead of me, and it's always this slow, not just today. Speed it up!

I absolutely agree with all the other 1 star reviews on this site. The pharmacy is terrible. The phone system is terrible - I too have sat on hold multiple times for over 30 minutes only to be disconnected. I have received the wrong medication. I have had multiple prescriptions delayed. I have sat in the drive-up line for over an hour. Even our doctor has recommended we don't use them. The only reason we do is because they're open 24-hours. If you have another option go with it. The 1.5 star rating is deserved.

I just spent 25 mins on hold before being hung up on. I called back and we repeated the process. Nearly an hour on hold, and I barely spoke to anyone.

After setting up appts for our Covid boosters we were turned away due to no insurance. The pharmacy employee talked down to us and told us they were no longer free. We were kept there for 20 minutes while she said she had to contact her manager to see if she could find any way to let us have our booster. Why do people have to act so ugly? We went across the street to CVS and they had us out in ten minutes. We will be switching all of our prescriptions and any business in the future to CVS. Just say no to Walgreens!!!

I went to this Walgreens 9/10 around 930pm and i had Alexandra as my pharmacy tech. I gave her my DOB and she couldn't hear my so I told her one more time. She got an attitude and had another gentleman help me. He was very nice. I asked him what her name was and he said he didn't know. I came into the store to ask my questions about my son and husbands refills and she was very rude, condescending and didn't help me with what I needed.I have dealt with her in the past and she continues to be rude. She sarcastically told me to have a great night. I get she might not like her job but that is not my problem. I'm a nurse and this was the most horrible patient care experience I have had at this Walgreens. I understand she could be having a hard day but leave your problems at the door. I talk to the manager last night and he was helpful along with Susie but Alexandra wasn't pleasant and I will no longer be going there. If I could give her no stars I would. She brings the business down.

Temporarily closed without warning for no apparent reason. Had my medication ready to pickup there and had to wait an extra few hours for it to be transferred cause this place doesn't have their stuff together... Thanks whoever manages this location!

We get all our prescriptions filled at this location and I have no idea why. Every time I come pick up a prescription there is always a massive line. I wait a hour or more when I come for prescriptions. The drive through should only be used for drop off and pick up and that's it not people arguing. It's almost like each car takes 15-20 min to get through the line. If you go inside it's the same wait time or they shut the inside so the outside backs up. Recently I called the store while I waited outside for 1 hour and 20 minutes and ended up waiting 10 minutes to get through to anyone. When we finally got to the window we noticed the inside was closed and that was the reason the line was so backed up. The staff are not friendly but I can only imagine they are probably just overwhelmed too. Reconsider doing business here until they get staffed. The unfortunate part is that they are always like this so I do not know how that will work out.
