I was able to find what I needed . I did need help finding a box cutter, the manager was reluctant to look it up on her store device. My friend was able to find it for me.

This pharmacy is a joke ! I called to see about getting my 87 yr old mom her med thru the mail and I waisted 1 hr on hold for Joanne the mgr and she wasn’t even there smh the staff is rude as f !!! Their hold service is reduculous it rings and then they put you back in hold.. well I got time today Walgreens gona show up in person !!!!

Made an online purchase here and never picked up. Went to cancel and per Kaylon at Walgreens “my order already picked up” yet she admits items ordered still in a bag at her store. She claims to be a manager but when I asked further she states they have no manager and declined a refund for an order i never picked up. Shady people. Dont buy here.

They never answer the phones. They told me my son’s medication was out of stock but would be in the next day so waited and couldn’t get ahold of them the next day. Called that following morning waited on the line 40 minutes for them to hang up on me. Waited another 30 mins when I called back they said they will refill it and call me that day. Once again didn’t receive a call. Called back and they said it’s out of stock for another 2 days, Dysfunctional. Switched pharmacies this one is the worst.

I have been calling all day on about an important perscription for my Mom. NO one EVER picks up and the phone hangs up after 15 minutes !!!

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with, they do not answer their phone in the pharmacy and if they do they put you back on hold immediately without saying anything.

This pharmacy is terrible. They never answer the phone, will say your medicine will be ready same day. Then tell you it's out of stock and won't be ready for almost 2 weeks. Insane. I wouldn't fill any prescriptions here.

Changing to CVS.. Pharmacy is always slow and have to wait hours or even the next day to get your medication 💊 they always telling us our e-prescription is not there and now we have to get a copy of our prescription. Got a very rude women though the process.. who threats someone their medicine after waiting two days

Made my first trip to this pharmacy for them to tell me my son’s medication was never sent in from his doctors office. Called the doctor had them send it over again. Instead of wasting a trip to the pharmacy I attempted to call to get a status, after an hour and 50 mins on hold, I went to the store to get an update. Once I talked to the pharmacist I was told that it was out of stock and wouldn’t be able to be filled until Monday, 3 days later.
When I asked how was I supposed to know it wasn’t in stock since I can’t get a hold of any living person on the phone, after nearly 2 hours. The pharmacist said I would have gotten an update if a phone number was set up on his file but since they haven’t fulfilled any prescription before then I’m S.O.L., my child is less than a month old never needed medicine… She then blamed the pediatrician for even prescribing an over the counter medication, how am I suppose to know that?
I would never recommend using this pharmacy for anything unless you want to be ignored over the phone or have rude pharmacist belittle you in person.

I have had 3 prescriptions called into this pharmacy over the last month and every time I go I wait forever in the drive through finally get to the window for them to say they are still working on it and it will ready in 20-30min I wait near by come back and then they say “they never received the prescription request from the doctor”.
I’m confused on how all 3 times you looked up my info and let me know your working on it but then after the 20-30min waiting period you act like you never got it and was never working on it….

After waiting 10 days for this medication after them saying it would be ready within a few hours, I waited in line at the drive thru, as I reached the window, they shut shop, there was a handmade notice stating closed for lunch, to go inside, if I could go inside, means they're still open, so why can't they just stagger the drive thru staff lunches so they don't have to close those 30 minutes
