The Exterior of the store needs a “BIG TIME” clean up. Trash all over the place, spit, all over the walls near the front entrance and outside in the pharmacy pickup line. (Walls) Very nasty. Some employees are standing outside smoking near the entranceway. I have breathing problems so that doesn’t help. Please clean your store!

Worst pharmacy ever! I came to pick up a prescription for my father and they asked me what the correct dosage should be, cause they were unsure. I didn't know, so I left and got the info and came back. Then their computers weren't working. So I again left, and finally on the third day after waiting over 15 minutes, they gave me the prescription. Now, totally different situation, I need a Covid test. Schedule an appointment online, wait in line for 30 minutes, computer issue again, and can I come back in 30 minutes. What am I supposed to do for thirty minutes?! I'm sick and feel like crap, I can't go in the store. I can't go home, I'll just sleep. I just want my Covid test. WORST WALGREENS PHARMACY EVER! Updated to add: Went back thirty minutes later to wait in line for one hour before being told systems are down. I'm going to CVS for my test tomorrow.

Worst service ever . They have a couple a bad apples in the store . one is Rubi who refused to get me some change . All I needed was change in order to get water from outside. I told her that I wanted to talk to the manager and she didn’t even allowed me to speak. She told Daniel her manager who acts like dummy doing whatever Rubi say not to get me some change .They both suck big time . Why you have a vending machine outside if your not willing to give change. I went to the store across the street CVS and they were super friendly and solved my issue with out problem. I highly recommend everyone to start using CVS for your pharmacy needs . I’ve been a Walgreens customer for just too long . They discriminate and are arrogant people .

This is the absolute worst walgreens pharmacy in existence. This place needs a new manager or needs to be shut down. All they do is pawn everyone off to the next worker. They are quick to brush you off and put you on hold. Absolutely zero cares in the world for you or your needed medications. Would rather call instead of wait in line? Be prepared to wait on the phone for 2 hrs only to be hung up on when you get to the front of the que.

This is the worst pharmacy location in town! I called in today to ask if they had COVID vaccines in stock (they don't) and I was on hold for over half an hour. During that time, they would pick up the line and immediately put me back on hold, 5 times. Just to get an answer, I finally had to hang up and call back and talk to the store manager. It is like this every time I call in. It's like the pharmacy staff wants to leave you on hold until you give up and hang up. It's not much better if you go in person. The drive-thru line is usually extremely long and takes a very long time for even one car to move. Then, when you do speak with pharmacy staff, they are rude. It's like they can care less about helping you. I now drive 15 minutes out of my way to another location and I get great service there. Somone at Walgreens corporate needs to pop in on this pharmacy and see for themselves. This is ridiculous!

I am on a medication that is apart of the national shortage. Every month I have to call the pharmacy to make sure my medication is in stock & most months I end up jumping pharmacies with up to 2 weeks between fills because of it. Whoever I spoke to today REFUSED to tell me if they have my medication in stock. I have NEVER had an issue with getting this information. If I send it to them, and they don’t, I have to go without my meds while I find somewhere that does. I love this pharmacy, I prefer this pharmacy over other Walgreens in town - but whoever I spoke with today was an absolute butthead and I truly hope she has the day she deserves. Gross, inconsiderate behavior. I’d be willing to bet a pretty penny she isn’t medicated and has NO idea what it’s like to have to chase your meds just to be able to function.

Horrendous wait times - both on the phone and in-person. Impersonal and seemingly uncaring staff. This has been every single time I have visited this pharmacy (at least 15 times). This is the worst pharmacy I've been to in my life. For months, I tried giving them a chance. But they disappoint every single time. Will have to change pharmacies.

This review is on the Pharmacy...I don't get medications often... once every 2 years. I use this pharmacy as it's closest to my home. Today, I got a prescription from my Dr at about 1:30pm. I got a text from Walgreens at 2:30pm saying there was a delay due to my insurance and if I had questions to call. I called, was on hold for 40 minutes & then they hung up on me. I called again, was told that uploading my insurance card on the app would probably make it easier, then was placed on hold for 1 hour 40 minutes & they hung up on me again. While i was on hold, I received another text saying the prescription was ready but i owed $70+, so while i was still on hold, I went to the Walgreens website to try the chat option. They said all they had access to tell me was that there was an issue with my insurance. They couldn't tell me what to do to fix it. What's the point of providing people with a chat option if they can't help or a phone number to contact this pharmacy if they hang up on you after you've waited for 40 minutes to over an hour & half? My recommendation to others... If you can, use another pharmacy.

This just may be the worst ran pharmacy in the state. Please do not use them. Not just once but over the past few years I've used their pharmacy due to a chronic illness and every single time I interact wether it be on the phone, in person or even their drive-thru; I have to wait hours. I just got put on hold for over and hour and they hung up on me. They advised me that they are out of stock of my prescription and now I'm out and have no plan. These people do not care about the patients and they do not care about your time. Please save yourself some headache and use any other pharmacy you can find.

This location’s pharmacy is terrible. The hold times are atrocious. The 1st timeI got through after waiting 10 mins on hold, I was immediately put on hold fromsomeone who never got back on the phone. The 2nd time rang about 30 times before I got hung up on after another 10 mins. The 3rd time I finally got someone after waiting 10 mins on hold before she put me on hold and never got back on the phone with me! This is infuriating! It’s over half an hour of being on the phone and I still haven’t been able to get any help! Terrible!!!!

I have been a loyal Walgreens customer for many years. Now the last perscriprions filled were filled at Albertsons. Today, I took 2 to be filled at Walgreens. One was an antibiotic. The person who took the prescriptions asked if I wanted them today or tomorrow. That was odd, anti-biotics should be started as soon as possible. I responded by saying "Today", I was then told it wouldn't be ready till after 3 PM (6 Hours from drop off). I took perscriptions to Albertsons, and 20 minutes later, I had the perscriptions in hand and headed home. Walgreens is planning on closing stores because sales are down. When will they realize their poor service is driving customers away. I spoke to the manager before taking perscriptions to Albertsons, she didn't seem to care, her response was, "Sir, do what you feel you need to do". I wonder if Walgreens Corporate knows this is the attitude of at least one of their managers.

I have been a loyal Walgreens customer/patient for over 20 years. My husband's insurance had me switch to CVS, I tried it once and went back to Walgreens because they have always treated me well. Even though CVS was the preferred pharmacy with our insurance, Walgreens was always cheaper. The last 3 years, Walgreens has caused MORE issues than have actually helped. It doesn't matter what time of day I go, it's a minimum of a 30 minute wait but usually an hour. I have 5 kids, a full time job, a part time job, and a life that doesn't warrant me waiting in a freaken line for that long. There are elderly that literally sit there for hours trying to get help. Do you have zero compassion for your patients?My husband finally downloaded their app because he had to start taking a prescription regularly. Not only does Walgreens never fill the right prescription that's coming through THEIR app, but the last three times they have argued with him that they don't have the prescription. He tried filling it ahead of when the prescription was needed and was told by both the app and the pharmacist that he can't do that. The last time he went to pick up his prescription, he was told by the pharmacist that he needs to give them 7 days to fill it because it's a controlled substance. Mind you, this medication has to be taken daily or he will have seizures. The last time, my husband refused to get out of line until they filled a 7 day prescription until they received his full prescription. They have NEVER told him up until the last time that it takes 7 days to fill and he can't request it 7 days before he needs it filled. The pharmacists was rude and inconsiderate. He acted like it was inconvenient for him to fill my husband's prescription. My husband, who is a sweet and patient man, was the maddest I've ever seen him and I was ready to punch someone on his behalf which is also very unusual for me. His doctor now over prescribes his medication so that Walgreens can't screw up.Yesterday, my son went to urgent care at 8:00 in the morning. Walgreens didn't get the script until noon. The Walgreens store called and confirmed all three medications and informed me that one of them was not covered under insurance. I asked them not to fill that one prescription because I didn't think it was necessary, it was a mouth wash that's supposed to numb your throat so it's more comfortable to eat. When I went into the store to pick up the other two prescriptions, I was told that the doctor never sent in the script for the antibiotic. Funny, Walgreens confirmed it 4 hours earlier on the phone. Instead, they cancelled all of the prescriptions except for the ear drops in which they wanted to charge me $100 AFTER they pushed it through my insurance. Walmart filled it for $27, without insurance. Let me repeat that, WALMART filled the prescription without my insurance for $27!!!!!! I shouldn't have to call around and find the best deal, especially since I have really good insurance. What are you doing Walgreens?I asked to speak to the pharmacist, she refused. So, I called the doctor while waiting in the lobby to ask them to switch the prescription to Albertsons because Walgreens has officially gotten on my last nerve. Albertsons filled the prescription for me in 5 minutes and they didn't even have my son in their system yet. They also talked to me about my son's prescription and recommended a probiotic specifically designed for kids his age to take with an antibiotic, something Walgreens rolled their eyes at me for last time I filled an antibiotic with them. I will NEVER go back to Walgreens, they are a joke and have fallen into the cooperate greed trap. Walgreens, you guys can rocks on a busy highway. I'll be moving EVERYTHING out of you as soon as possible. Don't call, don't write, forget my name forever because you're dead to me.
