I was treated very rudely by the staff. Waited in liquor department and told some workers nearby that I needed help but they just looked the other way. Once I got in main cashier line she said I needed to go back to the unmanned liquor area and push a button for assistance. Wow! And when finally some lady came she was extremely rude like how dare I want to check out and bother her!!!!! No wonder this place was empty! Never will I go back again!!!!!!!!!

I see a lot of comments implying the pharmacy people are rude. I've been going here for 10 years. As of yet I've never encountered Rude, a lot of new folks all the time, lackluster service and always out of stock on just about everything we really need. Other than that overall good people.

Pharmacy is the worst my prescription said it was ready when i picked it up they said they needed more info. When she came back with the details and I declined she said the prescription was put back and that I should go to the other stall and it would be ready. I just watched them go through a line of 15 cars and not acknowledge me at all when I pressed the call dial. I waited almost 30 min to get my prescription again. No customer service

Superb customer service. The team is friendly and routinely goes out of their way to help. Trust when I say that unfortunately I have had to use a pharmacy on a regular basis for about 20 years. I have gone through numerous pharmacies over the years mostly due to poor customer service. This pharmacy I have been with for about 4 years now and from day one, they were different than the rest. Their care is genuine.

Been going here for years. Never had any problems. Excellent customer service up front and in the pharmacy. Everyone always has a cheery attitude and have always been helpful.

I put in for my prescription to be delivered at 11am cause I can’t drive because I just had oral surgery. waited all day in pain and when I finally called at 630pm they said they just got the print out to deliver it and I won’t get it until tomorrow. So I paid 5.99 same day delivery for nothing. Also got rude customer service when I called. This store is a joke!

Absolutely the WORST pharmacy I've ever used. Rampant incompetence, dishonesty, and flippant attitudes abound. Absolutely shameful. Don't waste your time at this location (1941 Southern, Rio Rancho)

Contrary to what some other reviewers have said, the workers at this location are far from rude; if anything, they are SUPER friendly. I have used this location for 8 years, and have never ever encountered rudeness. The pharmacy staff have always dealt with complaints (usually due to insurance or prescriber errors) professionally and reasonably. Their online system could use a little work, but that's certainly not a reflection on the store's employees. The folks who work here are terrific.
