With their new touch screen at the pharmacy i have to say this place is not welcoming, after watching an old lady coughing on the touch screen for a few mins (and seeing the spit bubbles appearing on the screen as shes coughing) then being told i HAD to use it just to get a RX pick up I said im not touching that only to get the pharmacy manager to yell at me saying "THIS IS HOW WE ARE DOING IT NOW" I walked right out of that store only to use the drive thru so i wouldnt be involved in the next pandemic if they continue to force signing in to pick up a damn RX ill just move my stuff to walmart or CVS cause no thanks im not gonna get sick because you want me to use a touchscreen that anyone can cough or sneeze onto, keep in mind we go there 2x times a week and usually spend over 50 bucks each time we go in they will be losing money by forcing this sign in BS to pick up a RX because no thanks im not gonna be part of touching a public screen with visible spit bubbles on it

I recently had a door dash order that we received and the tea that was received tasted like dirty water! Turns out the tea was expired! Since June! Why is this not being checked I want corporate information immediately to file a formal complaint!

All the Walgreens in the Albuquerque area suck! Service is horrible, getting them to answer. The phone is difficult.

There is one customer service representative. (I don't recall her name). Anyway, she has always been very helpful. She finds the best price and discounts when I am self pay. I have to say, they have been a little slow at the drive though but with staff shortages everywhere, we all need to be more patient and understanding. They are there, and trying. There's a shortages of employees so let's thank the workers of America & stop complaining.

The pharmacists, staff, and the person at the drive-thru are all rude. Maybe layoffs, firings, etc, would fix it all? Each pharmacy staff member is complacent. I get 95% of my prescriptions from OptumRx mail order as this pharmacy does not deserve my business.

Google says they're open, text that says my prescription is ready for pickup says they're open, but they're closed! So passed! Don't use this pharmacy, they suck! I've had so many issues with this pharmacy!

Rude employees. No customer service skills. That’s what you get when you hire bottom of the barrel employees.

It appears I am not alone in finding the service and competency of Rio Rancho's Walgreen pharmacy (on Unser/Northern) severely lacking at best and defective, if not dangerous to my health, at worst. Nearly every time I attempt to pick up prescriptions there is a "reason" it is not ready. More often than not, they shift the blame to my doctor or insurance or short staff! And this happens AFTER I have been notified my prescription is ready! It is unbelievable that Walgreen's corporate heirarchy could allow such a cancer to exist and grow without some remedial effort to at least mitigate the damage this location is having on their brand.

I absolutely hate this pharmacy. The customer service has consistently been horrendous. I’ve lived in meadows since 2014 & ended up switching pharmacies to a less convenient location solely because of the pharmacy staff. Once in a while, depending on urgency, I will have medications sent here. Again today, the staff was rude, condescending, and unhelpful.

Good customer service. My questions are always answered and have never had a problem with my prescriptions being filled.

This Walgreens is the worst. We had moved our prescriptions to another Walgreens further away from us a couple of years ago due to a nasty pharmacist. We started to move back to the Northern location, hoping enough time had passed that it had been resolved. Nope! Still horrible customer service and bad attitudes. Some of the staff is nice, but the rude employees ruin it. It’s like anyone with a problem filling a medication is rushed through because it requires effort. We have been waiting for a medication to come in for 9 days, after being told it would be ready the next day. I called back again today and they had no record of ever having the prescription in the first place.I work in medicine and can’t imagine really sick or elderly people having to deal with this. It’s unsatisfactory! I wonder if managers ever read these reviews? Obviously not.
