STAY AWAY. This pharmacy is an absolute nightmare. I've tried to make it work. The website no longer works so you have to wait an hour on the phone to fill a prescription. The staff are rude and unwilling to help with serious medication issues. Jim, in particular was extremely rude. He passed me on to someone else and she hung up on me.

I went in and purchased things but had a box to send FedEx as the Walgreens employee was taping a box she told me that I had to tape my own box and that they could not take it. I asked can I borrow a pice from you or I will pay for it I just need a little, she said No! And she would not help me. It was January 10th 2025 @ 2pm don't shop there terrible customer service as it is my neighborhood store but I will never go there again.

This pharmacy staff is absolutely unprofessional and very rude and disrespectful towards customers, even very disrespectful to the nurse and physician trying to give orders over the phone!! The manager and pharmacist on staff on Jan 4th at 230pm, should not be allowed to work in a field of customer service!!!
Multiple people walked out of there today complaining about them.
The young gentleman at the front was so sweet and nice they should learn from him!! As for the pharmacy I will never be sending meds there again..

Is it part of company policy to hire the rudest pharmacists ever. No matter the store, they are all just down right nasty. The male pharmacist at this location and the male at the walgreens off 12th and Indian school in albuquerque are some of the worst. Get it together walgreens and put them through some good manners training.

This Walgreens pharmacy drive-through is just a joke. Every car going through takes forever. You’re literally sitting there 20 minutes to wait for four cars. They need to divide it into two lines. One should be a line for people who already know their prescription is ready. The other is the line for people were here to get them filled and wait it out. It really isn’t fair for those of us that know our prescription is ready to wait so long when our transaction is literally a one minute transaction.

The photo department at this Walgreen's location is so rude. They called to notify me that they were refusing to print my hand drawn images because they appeared too similar to Disney. I've never had an issue printing my own images and the woman over the phone was on a serious power trip. No worries, I went to a different Walgreen's off 528 and they printed them no problem! They need to get a manager over these awful staff members ASAP.

Kim the manager and Leah the cashier are two of the most unhelpful people I have even had to deal with. They are not aware of the policies in their store and were arguing with each other in front of myself and a line of customers. I have made deposits to my capital one account on numerous occasions and they refused stating “we can’t scan bare code off of apps” eventually they did it, which goes to show they are just not interested in doing the job Walgreen’s pays them to do.

I called to speak with the Pharmacist regarding some of my prescriptions I had picked up for me this evening and I spoke with the Pharmacist named Juanita. She was so polite, sweet, patient, and professional and she answered all of my questions thoroughly. That was probably the BEST experience I've had with ANYONE at this Walgreens thus far and I've been going to this location for 20 years now. Thank you very much Juanita!!!!

Walgreens corporate really needs to get this stores pharmacy in order. Staff is extremely rude, not helpful at all. You ask for assistance for any pharmacy need they make you feel as if you are an inconvenience. Young girl with face piercing is very rude. Moved to this part of town have used Walgreens for YEARS never has our family experienced such poor service. In times of need when dealing with health issues your local pharmacy should be friendly, trust worthy and helpful.

Pharmacist answered my question by telling me that I needed to speak to my insurance and hung up on me. Awesome service thumbs down 👎🏼
