Sub par customer service. I placed an order for delivery, which got delayed by over 3 hours without any explanation as to why. I contacted the store and the lady who answered the call seemed not to want to help in anyway, Essentially she was dismissive of my call. When I asked why my delivery was so late, she said because no one wanted to pick it up. I don't feel I was rude in anyway and her responses were very abrupt and unhelpful. I have attempted to call back on 4 different occasions today and am unable to get a hold of anyone in customer service with calls being disconnected. Super frustrating as I can not drive atm. I pay the yearly fee for delivery and am doubtful I will be resubscribing. Why is it so difficult to get a hold of anyone to help?

Oh My....terrible smell! I went a couple times months ago. Thought the spray the use to clean carts smelled like pesticides, so I quit going! Stopped by today it's still horrible! Why? Can employees not smell how bad it is? Are there any mangers that go in and out of there?

No longer have an option for regular cashier checkout, everything is self service. Not what I'm looking for at the end of my work day. I left my groceries in the cart and left the store, horrible customer service. As in no customer service. I am tired of stores that expect me, the paying customer, to do all the work for the store.

The best Wal-Mart grocery store in Rio Rancho. Best organized, always improving. Excellent self checkout system where employees immediately come to you for any assistance. The best thing about this particular store is the fact that the employees are always nearby to help you. The greeters always make you feel welcome whenever you enter the store as well as whenever you leave, they make you feel that it was a worthwhile experience having come to the store.

Hire some Cashiers already!!!!! Geezzzzzz I'm not going to spend $200 on groceries and then check myself out. There's not even room for all that. Always , always , long lines. Get it together already , how are you suppose to " social distant" when you stand in lines with 30 other people for 40 minutes, ridiculous

I ordered $60 worth of groceries last week through the Walmart app, on the last day of my free delivery trial. As a matter of fact, the free delivery trial had been available for 15 days and I was unable to take advantage of it. I cancelled the trial after making my order because I didn't want to pay the $98 unless I was satisfied with what I received during the trial AND there was more availability. After cancelling, suddenly it seemed like there was now one day a week that it'd be available. This was encouraging. So was the fact that I could continue adding to my order up until the day of the order. I took advantage of this as things were disappearing from the kitchen. I won't blame my disappointment today on the lack of sleep I had, or the constant lawnmower noises when I tried to sleep this morning, which have nothing to do with it. I would still be as pissed off as I am without that. Here's why: My groceries were delivered to the wrong house! The driver "checked in" on the app to indicate he was in my driveway when he was not. In addition, he sent a message through the app that he was waiting at my door for a signature. Given this is contactless delivery, I figured maybe he was waiting at the driveway and left the signature device at my door. I kept checking it and he never showed up and never attempted to contact me! When I called Walmart shortly after, they said they would try to bring groceries that day and would call me back. When they called, they admitted that they use DoorDash to deliver, so they have no control over the deliveries and would just have me reorder everything again. Not only that but that their delivery dates were another week out. I would expect more than just a refund from them because I spent time making that order and waiting a week! I will be looking for other services that have more control over their delivery.

Proffesional and courteous customer service. The Pharmacy Manager and Senior Pharmacists is a US Military Veteran. This pharmacy staff has provided not only medications, but also has provided support, imunizations and consultations over the years for not only myself but have earned my confidence and trust to care for all of my family members. I have many other choices and options in Rio Rancho for my medicinal needs. However, we will continue to patronize and seek medicinal council at this pharmacy into the forseable future. Because of the people who work in this pharmacy not the corporation they are employed by.

Certainly as a provider of standard goods that you can get anywhere it does just fine. The prices are always excellent. Where it falls down as the neighborhood grocery is where it should excel as a neighborhood grocery. I remember when a few years ago Walmart made such a great claim that their meat department was really good excellent quality bring it back if you don't like it. Consistently good lean hamburger which I do buy but the steaks are many times old and definitely lack tenderness and tastiness. I find myself saying things like this is as good as Smiths but the truth is Smith is better because they've got managers on the floor that are polishing the apples and taking out all the old fruit etc. That hands-on management seems to be lacking at the Walmart small markets. Surely there's a way we can raise the prices by 5 cents and deliver better management. As far as many Walmart products like spinach dip etc. they really need to work on the quality of these items to bring them up to Trader Joe's or Whole Foods standards.
