I have had horrible experiences with Walgreens and CVS doesn't accept my insurance any longer. I reluctantly switched to Walmart. They are A-Mazing!! So helpful and fast and absolutely the nicest employees. Highly recommend!!

The ABSOLUTE worst Pharmacy. They pick up the phone & hang up or put you on hold & never return ALWAYS. There's never any time that you can communicate with them. Darkest & most dangerous parking lot. They refuse to turn on parking lot lights at night. People roam around the parking lot at night. Dangerous because of them & drivers going past you in the dark. It's completely black dark. This is the most ridiculous Walmart I've ever encountered coast to coast.

I've had difficulty lately with getting my meds despite a prescription and insurance. The first medication was an antidepressant. I was out for almost a week and a half until we realized a staff member put that medication on hold. It took several calls to figure it out. The second time was pain medication and I was told by a staff member get I couldn't fill it and he wasn't clear about why. The next day I went to the pharmacy in prison and was to look d that they were just out of stock. That frustrated ne because I would have understood and been patient. The third time recently, I am on an anti-acid and the staff was sending my refill request to my old primary doctor even though I have told you on several occasions that my primary doctor changed. I've been out for 9 days currently. I'm getting frustrated and irritated that my patience is thin.

Usually I find WalMart Pharmacies to be exceptional but this time my doctor put me on a new prescription. I had used my clinic pharmacy for the first month, had a follow up with the doctor, informed her my asthma had been extremely bad, she confirmed she wanted me to continue taking the medication and wrote a new prescription for 90 days and sent it to my WalMart Pharmacy. I picked up the new Rx, the pharmacist ask if I had any questions and I did reply that I did not. Soon I was having hair loss symptoms so looked up the side effects and found the prescription comes with a warning not to take if you have asthma. I had not been notified of this when beginning the medication nor with the new script at WalMart. They have always been great about catching medications that would counteract or cause allergic reactions, etc, but this time they did not inform that I was talking a medication that could be dangerous with one of my medical conditions.I had been having extreme asthma attacks for the past few weeks, to the point that I was almost willing to go to the emergency room. Assumptions of why never came back to my new medication.(I will be making an appointment with my doctor, immediately stopped the medication, (even though it says not to but am having lessened use of the inhaler already,) and will follow up with the pharmacy.

I've used this pharmacy for several years because I've found everyone kind and helpful. I appreciate the pharmacist taking time to answer any questions I might have on how to take my meds and watch for possible side effects. During these COVID-19 times, it's nice to know that not everyone thinks of senior citizens as "expendable". The people at this pharmacy have always treated me with dignity and respect...thank you!

Always such a bad experience I hope this can be corrected in the future this is 2020 and it’s Rio Rancho ? Why are the pharmacist so bad mannered and rude? Not very caring or empathetic. It’s sad. They always seem so busy to help customers and take there time as much as they can. They are not very hard workers and it seems they hate their jobs. When will this be addressed? Who else can we reach out to to take this complaint further?
