I am sorry to write, but taking out most check out lanes for self serv was a very bad move. I dont work there, or get paid for doing their job. We are now finding alternate stores to shop at.
Pick up option has made it worthwhile to shop there a bit...

Shelves were pretty empty throughout the board. There were boxes, empty and full, all over the store blocking the aisle but no one was stocking the shelves. 🤷
At the self-checkout, there were so many "associates" standing around talking to each other that they couldn't be bothered to help customers. The registers were filthy, making hard to scan items.
It's getting really bad! I guess they feel like they have a monopoly on the grocery market so they don't have to try anymore. They better watch out!

Horrible place to shop. Many druggies and scammers walking about the store shoplifting. Store staff treat you like your one them. Most items on lock down.

Unfortunately, this is my neighborhood Walmart. I went to their customer service desk to do a return and this is what I saw (see the photo). I don't know about anyone else, but I definitely can tell when my pants come down bc I can feel the cool air. So I'm wondering...was he leaving his butt out on purpose? Was he enjoying the fact that unassuming, innocent people were being forced to look at his bare ass? He also stayed in this exact position for a very long time...much longer than the amount of time it took me to fish my phone outta my purse and snap a quick pic. What was even more strange is I told the employee that was helping me about it just by pointing, and she just said "yeah, he always does that." SMDH

Store doesn't keep up on their inventory and I don't know why but they closed down their self checkouts at 9:00 and only have one register open which is results in long lines.

Other than it is the go to for many people in my area so it's always busy, I'm finding that there is a a lot of low stock items lately.overall, it's clean and easy to shop at.
