I'm an Active Duty Marine who had a serious fender bender in the beginning of May and had to report back to base by the end of the month. I told Adan's my scenario, and the owner decided to take care of me when everyone in Roswell turned me away.
Their customer service was awesome and always kept me informed when they had to do something.
Overall, they are a family buisness that cares about their costumers and their welfare, and for that, with a stellar job, I give them 5 stars and a recommendation for anyone who needs work done.
(For those wondering why the headlight is different, USAA is terrible about covering things that are not broken yet mismatched just to save their pennies)

“Pablo Villarreal needs a BIG SHOUT OUT... He helped tremendously when I was passing through New Mexico with my grandchildren during Spring Break. Thanks to him, he was able to help me secure the hood of my Jeep when the latch was broken as I drove past an 18 wheeler. The temporary fix lasted the entire week while we drove all over New Mexico and returned to Texas to obtain the parts. “Needed a new ignition/door keyed. I had the parts, just needed them put in...I called a couple of other places in town and was floored by what they quoted to charge! I remembered that I took my other car to Honest collision a couple years ago and they were very reasonable along with excellent work, so I called and Fernando said he could do it. I made an appt, and will attest to their excellent service, friendliness, and the work was done in a couple of hours! The name matches the work and pricing! “I had a bad wiper replaced at auto zone North Main Roswell NM location this week. One of the employees kindly assisted me taking old one off and putting new one on. As Eddie Lerma was popping the wiper back into place one of the wiper attachments accidentally broke. He took responsibility and took my name and ordered me a new wiper blade housing from Toyota. I Spoke to Eddie today on the phone and he stated replacement would be at store at 3 pm. I went to have new wiper housing replaced at auto zone after 3 pm. Eddie was gone for the day but had told manager I would be coming in. Manager put new one on for me at no charge, then he stated Eddie bought replacement himself because he felt bad about it accidentally breaking and replacement cost was $60.00.

“I was about halfway between Lubbock and Roswell trying to decide where to have my car serviced and chose Roswell because they had an electric car charger. Imagine my chagrin when I got there and was told that it was only for the use of the dealership. I was quite displeased while I waited for my car to be serviced. It was particularly disappointing since I just come from Corpus Christi Toyota where I charge my car multiple times while I was in the area.
Having said that, once I took my car to be serviced everything went very smoothly. My technician was extremely pleasant, communicated well and was extremely competent. The waiting room was pleasant, though not the best of any Toyota dealer I've been to.
Just know that if you plan to charge your car there that will not happen.”
“A couple of months ago, while driving through Texas in the break of dawn, a rather large deer decided to see what's on the other side of the road. Unfortunately, he didn't get to get that query answered but did get to talk to the Lord. As for my truck, it took quite a lickin' and needed some work. A quick run through of options in the Southeastern NM area and landed on RBS. From the time it got dropped off to the new picked up, it was much quicker than anticipated, even with additional damage found after dropping it off. As you can see from the finish picture, they did a fantastic job. There was constant communication throughout the process, and service was extremely friendly. I am very happy with the end product and overall service.”
