“After almost getting swindled for over aprx. $800,at a shop in close proximity to this one, (and no insurance except liability), I bought some parts needed for the repair of putting my front bumper back on. Seems no one could get me in for weeks. I called REF from a google search for collision centers, roswell, nm, and called. Santos said to bring it in for a quick estimate. I went straight there, and he put Chris to work on it immediately! I got to sit and watch the whole process, and they even replaced a few electric parts and spared me the expense of buying them! “A couple of months ago, while driving through Texas in the break of dawn, a rather large deer decided to see what's on the other side of the road. Unfortunately, he didn't get to get that query answered but did get to talk to the Lord. As for my truck, it took quite a lickin' and needed some work. A quick run through of options in the Southeastern NM area and landed on RBS. From the time it got dropped off to the new picked up, it was much quicker than anticipated, even with additional damage found after dropping it off. As you can see from the finish picture, they did a fantastic job. There was constant communication throughout the process, and service was extremely friendly. I am very happy with the end product and overall service.”

“I have not been to Roswell Ford for over 15 years due to the bad treatment I received then. Since I have owned 4 Priuses and since have 2 of them with over 115,000 miles on them and I heard that Roswell Ford was under new Management I decided to give them a shot of taking care of my 2001 Ford F-150 with 78,000 miles on it. This is the last pickup that I will ever buy. I walked in there expecting the Best. I got it when Victor asked if he could help me. I wanted the Department Manager, but Victor said he was not available at that moment. I explained to Victor that I needed a front end alignment. While they had my truck would they check everything out because I was going to be on the road to see my Granddaughter. He called me back in couple hours to explain that I needed new Shocks, front and rear brakes, Suspension, and Drive belt, plus a few other items. I have had this truck for 22 years and all I have spent on it was battery and tires. He said it would take 3 days, but it was ready in 2.5 days. I cannot thank Victor enough for getting my Ford in shape again. He called daily to let me know the progress of the repairs. I am a loyal Ford customer again. My truck drives like a dream again with a much smoother ride. Thanks Victor and the Ford Crew for making that possible again. Hire more People like Victor and I might buy a New Ford”

“Stopped in here on a road trip because the crazy wind had blown open our passenger side door breaking a hinge and putting the door off track. I had contacted their other mechanic office (via text which was super helpful!) and they got back to me immediately and directed me to their collision center. We went there and the mechanic (I wish I had caught his name because he was great!) helped us to get the door in working order and back on track within 15 minutes so we could finish our road trip safely and without the loud wind rushing in. These guys were friendly, helpful, super quick and I would highly recommend them!”
