“Talked to Nate about getting a Harley Road King that I was interested in. Nate got me approved and gave me the whole rundown on the Bike. He even showed me the Technician’s notes and the work they performed when they received it. When I showed up to sign, Nate showed me the bike and gave me the ins and outs of all the features. I live in Ohio and spent several weeks working with the team there on the purchase of my new Jeep Gladiator. From the very beginning, the communication was outstanding. Ruben Loza, the Sales Manager, personally stayed on top of every detail throughout the entire process. Even though I was hundreds of miles away, I never felt like just another customer or a long-distance sale. Ruben treated me with patience, honesty, and genuine care every step of the way.
When I finally made the long trip from Ohio to Roswell to pick up the Gladiator, the welcome I received truly touched me. The entire team greeted me like family. “Man where to start! I came in last minute on 04/01/25 to see if I can get an alignment on my pickup since I barely get time off from work and let me say this! The manager and his workers didn’t even hesitate to say yes! Mind you it’s 530 pm and they close at 600pm! There was also a miscommunication in giving them my phone number! So we went to eat and about an hour passed so I walked back over to jiffy lube to see if they were done and the manager was there waiting for me to come back!!!! Amazing customer service and will return there for my vehicles services and any maintenance I need!!!”

I'm an Active Duty Marine who had a serious fender bender in the beginning of May and had to report back to base by the end of the month. I told Adan's my scenario, and the owner decided to take care of me when everyone in Roswell turned me away.
Their customer service was awesome and always kept me informed when they had to do something.
Overall, they are a family buisness that cares about their costumers and their welfare, and for that, with a stellar job, I give them 5 stars and a recommendation for anyone who needs work done.
(For those wondering why the headlight is different, USAA is terrible about covering things that are not broken yet mismatched just to save their pennies)

“Great experience with great people. Bottomed out on my passenger side decided to replace the crap stock Toyota cam tabs and weld gussets on the steering knuckle. Also added Stage 8 Icon suspension. I put it all together and still things didn't look right, was afraid I may have bent something. Took it in and in no time they had it looking great and driving straight.”

The towing vehicle for our RV (Mercedes) broke down in the middle of a cross country trip and no other shop could get us in before the weekend. Carbs-n-Tunes went above and beyond to get us on the road quickly and even show us how to troubleshoot any potential problems on the road. Our mechanic, Isi (sorry if I spelled this wrong!), was extremely knowledgable and provided very professional service. We would fully recommend him to anyone in the area.”
