“The dirt bikes there are fast and it's very good but I think they should make smaller ones for the little kids and also they should have big discounts or lower the prices so the company can actually get more customers to go and buy some of the fastest bikes for the big kids and small and if I were a motorcycle and dirt bike and mini bike dealer I would make the prices drop somtimes like Friday or Mondays and I believe thats how you can get more people to buy the stuff you and that's how I can become rich?”

“Man where to start! I came in last minute on 04/01/25 to see if I can get an alignment on my pickup since I barely get time off from work and let me say this! The manager and his workers didn’t even hesitate to say yes! Mind you it’s 530 pm and they close at 600pm! There was also a miscommunication in giving them my phone number! So we went to eat and about an hour passed so I walked back over to jiffy lube to see if they were done and the manager was there waiting for me to come back!!!! Amazing customer service and will return there for my vehicles services and any maintenance I need!!!”

“Great experience with great people. Bottomed out on my passenger side decided to replace the crap stock Toyota cam tabs and weld gussets on the steering knuckle. Also added Stage 8 Icon suspension. I put it all together and still things didn't look right, was afraid I may have bent something. Took it in and in no time they had it looking great and driving straight.”
“Elite automotive is amazing! We were traveling in our fifth wheel, when we heard a distinctive whine when we were slowing down or speeding up. We had a fuel stop planned in a few miles, and after fueling, parked and listened. Not knowing what the problem was, we ended up calling Elite automotive. Since we had our fifth wheel, we were directed to an area we could park and the mechanic walked over to us!!!! He said he would look at it. We unhooked and drove it over. Within minutes he let us know it was the idler pulley, and less than two hours later we are back on the road!!! Thank you Elite automotive, you ROCK and saved our day!”

I'm an Active Duty Marine who had a serious fender bender in the beginning of May and had to report back to base by the end of the month. I told Adan's my scenario, and the owner decided to take care of me when everyone in Roswell turned me away.
Their customer service was awesome and always kept me informed when they had to do something.
Overall, they are a family buisness that cares about their costumers and their welfare, and for that, with a stellar job, I give them 5 stars and a recommendation for anyone who needs work done.
(For those wondering why the headlight is different, USAA is terrible about covering things that are not broken yet mismatched just to save their pennies)

I remembered that I took my other car to Honest collision a couple years ago and they were very reasonable along with excellent work, so I called and Fernando said he could do it. “Our car fan continued to stay running very loud after turning it off.
We had called the dealership and they had scheduled us out a month and three weeks just to look at it.? So we started calling around. Hick’s were three weeks out, but said they could possibly look at it, if we were willing to be without our car for three to four days. I didn’t have a ride home, so the owner drove me home. THANK YOU!
Rebeca took us in, and they found the problem the same day, it was the thermostat and very difficult to get to. They fixed our car! Good price and we had our car back within two days! Hicks totally exceeded our expectations. Rebecca was awesome with informing us about procedure and cost.
