My headlights were both out. I was on my way home from work and I stopped by to get help with replacing them. A young man not only helped me purchase the correct bulbs, he changed them out for me. Thank You for your help. I will definitely tell everyone I know to go to AutoZone for anything they need.

They have great service. Willing to help. Needed a new car battery....I am older and needed their help to install it. No problem, might be a small thing to others but for an elder woman they were very nice to me. Love them all....my new go to place for automotive products

I personally have always received good service here. Never had any issues and staff is always helpful. My last trip I needed a battery before we move to Arizona this week and Alonso (hope that’s spelled right) came out and swapped the battery for me which helped me out a ton because my tools are packed and it would be a pain to swap it out before we leave. It was very nice of him to offer to do that for me and didn’t hesitate. Keep up the good work at this store.

This place fried my moms battery on her vehicle! She was in town for surgery and her battery went low while she slept. My sister brought it here to get a simple battery replacement. When the girl started to remove the battery it sparked, she said “oh no!” Well, FOUR HOURS later she was still there, still stranded and no one wanted to help her as they knew what happened. So a stranger gave her a ride to the hospital to be with our mom who just had surgery. My husband and I came to help deal with the vehicle so my sister could stay at the hospital. We got the same treatment and they tried to keep her old battery and lied to us and told us it had already been put back on. We were there for several hours as well and ended up having to tow her vehicle to the dealership. They confirmed that whatever the young lady did was incorrect and caused more issues! Do not trust this place to touch anything!

It's kinda Crumby that Autozone did not allow Roswell people to park at the very end to view the parade. Makes me kinda doubt if I even want to do business with non supporters to a family event. ?♀️ what was it going to hurt?

I’m so sad to see my original comment wasn’t approved, but Lisa helped me a few months back. My side Mirror was broken and I can not express how proficient, quick and helpful she was. I was in and out the door considering the fact that I had work in a couple hours. Lisa, thank you!!!! I will continue to order from her store.
