I'm an Active Duty Marine who had a serious fender bender in the beginning of May and had to report back to base by the end of the month. I told Adan's my scenario, and the owner decided to take care of me when everyone in Roswell turned me away.
Their customer service was awesome and always kept me informed when they had to do something.
Overall, they are a family buisness that cares about their costumers and their welfare, and for that, with a stellar job, I give them 5 stars and a recommendation for anyone who needs work done.
(For those wondering why the headlight is different, USAA is terrible about covering things that are not broken yet mismatched just to save their pennies)

“A couple of months ago, while driving through Texas in the break of dawn, a rather large deer decided to see what's on the other side of the road. Unfortunately, he didn't get to get that query answered but did get to talk to the Lord. As for my truck, it took quite a lickin' and needed some work. A quick run through of options in the Southeastern NM area and landed on RBS. From the time it got dropped off to the new picked up, it was much quicker than anticipated, even with additional damage found after dropping it off. As you can see from the finish picture, they did a fantastic job. There was constant communication throughout the process, and service was extremely friendly. I am very happy with the end product and overall service.”

“Stopped in here on a road trip because the crazy wind had blown open our passenger side door breaking a hinge and putting the door off track. I had contacted their other mechanic office (via text which was super helpful!) and they got back to me immediately and directed me to their collision center. We went there and the mechanic (I wish I had caught his name because he was great!) helped us to get the door in working order and back on track within 15 minutes so we could finish our road trip safely and without the loud wind rushing in. These guys were friendly, helpful, super quick and I would highly recommend them!”
