I was with Enchanted Land Storage for years but they sold to a new company, 2nd Street Storage and within 1 month my unit went up $25 needless to say I am no longer with them. Office staff is nice but that is all I can say good about them now

If you have an emergency on the weekends like your storage door not closing. Don't expect help because there's no emergency number. You can just sit there with your storage door wide open for the entire weekend until they get back to their office on Monday.
