“My doctor is doing the most to find out my issues, had problems with prescription, I highly suggest signing up for thier portal to improve communication, best to avoid front desk with ANY questions or comments and go directly to nurse or doctor.”
“Very pleasant experience with this office, everyone was super friendly and helpful. Coming from someone who despises going to the doctor, I actually enjoyed my visit Dr. Tonina, she validated my concerns and listened to my thoughts. As someone with severe Social Anxiety and panic disorder it can be especially overwhelming for me to be in any type of medical setting, but luckily at no point did I feel uncomfortable or overly anxious! The only grievances I have is for the people in the back, who check you into your appointment is to be a bit more welcoming and attentive, first impressions are everything, walking up and not being immediately greeted can definitely create a bad image, where as walking up into an inviting environment makes you want to continue to come back for a next visit. Other than I’m overly satisfied with My care, I’m thankful that everyone was so kind and caring, so with that being said I’d definitely recommend this clinic! 10/10 :)”
