I've been here and few times and never had an issue. Today, the woman at the front desk was very rude and hostile towards me from the moment I walked in the store. She became so frustrated towards me while I was simply reading an address that she handed me off to another employee who was able to do her job.

I had a problem with my return , my fault, but the lady who helped me was so kind and patient .

Went here to mail off some important documents to the state, older black lady with the glasses was really snappy and on edge. Clearly needs to let someone else take a shot at the position because the lady can't handle customer service.
