Grossly incompetent drivers. There are always issues with deliveries, from lost packages to delivering in a place packages will get rained on, even though I have a covered deck. This FedEx contractor doesn't care and needs to fold asap. Their drivers can then get jobs at McDonalds where they belong. The guy with the neck tattoos is the worst. I wouldn't give him a mop job in my business.

They have left medical supplies and medications outside of the fence. Even with very specific instructions. I've had to call about lost packages. Still hasn't been resolved. Sad.

Why dont they deliver the large boxes to the door instead of having customer struggling to get it in the house? They never knock at door or ring bell. I had a box laying outside ALL NIGHT LONG because I didnt know it was delivered. Poor delivery service. UPS does a much better job!!!

You can't talk to a person the phone and unless you have a tracking number there is no point in calling. Guess there are no other questions you can have.

Extremely horrible service from entire company. I payed for next day air and it took three days. No explanation and no apology. I received emails stating packages were on a truck for delivery when they were actually still in the FedEx building. I hope you feel good about yourselves.

Fedex has sunk to a new low. Horrible shipping times. Delayed packages, false delivery notices. They say its due to covid but every other shipping company has developed a system to deal with the covid influx of packages. Since Amazon dropped fedex because of the lack of quality and dependability you would think they would have more resources available to them now? The pay for drivers is garbage and they refuse to acknowledge the problems are purely a corporate/ managerial issue.

Zero stars. Scheduled a pick up for Monday. Told by 6pm on Monday. Asked if it would leave sooner if I physically took package into FedEx. Was told no. That the truck that picks up at residences and businesses is the same truck to pick up at the store. NOW I'm told only ground pick up at residence starts on Tuesday. Unable to take in because the location was closed by this point. So...if my package doesn't make it back in time, I'm out over $135...BECAUSE THEY LIED!!! I asked for a manager. Hung up because no one came back. Called again and was on hold 25 minutes before I hung up. DONE WITH FEDEX FOR LIFE!!
