The girl at the counter was rude. Said my card wasn’t a real credit card. Of course it’s real I rent cars all the time with my credit card. She refused to run it so I had to take a taxi at midnight to my room. Got a rental from Enterprise the next morning. Was very inconvenient and frustrating.

Had a car reserved with them on my credit card for work, when I got there they would not rent me a car. Said they didnt have one. Checked their parking lot, and it was full of rental cars. Racist. My money is green too. Wont be using again.

This is a terrible facility with zero customer service. I made a reservation online via Expedia.com and my price for a standard was $53 My husband and I get to the airport and the woman tells me I can't reserve a car with our credit card because my husbands name is the one on the card and the reservation is in my name, ok fine, we told her well put the reservation in my husbands name, she told me that she would not honor the online price and it would be $89. Ok then we will just change the card on the original online reservation and put it on my visa debit card, great, but then she asked for two forms of photo ID which I don't have because I'm not military, don't have a concealed weapons license, and didn't bring my passport to travel within the US. So I left. Honestly completely terrible Hertz is the worst and I will not be using them again

Enjoyed the service and how easy it is to get in and out with renting a car. They actually called me before I had a chance to give them a call regarding the particulars of the reservation of the rental car provided by the third party's insurance company.

DO NOT RENT HERE - The employees are unhelpful and the management hides behind the employees and do not return calls or emails etc. They always say they want to talk to there manager and have to get back to you and do not. Rent somewhere else so you do not have to deal with any problems. They charged me over $800 for a $200 rental.

rented a KIA Forte from this location 22 OCT 2017. It had many damages to the exterior hail damage, rock guard dents, scratches and dents on trunk area ect. They did not have any form or way of noting this damage upon accepting the car. The girl at counter put notes on the agreement after my insistence that it be noted some how. 10 miles down the road I noticed the low tire pressure light. I then pulled over at gas station and balanced the air pressures. One tire was over inflated and 2 others under inflated. I continued on my travels hoping that it was just an oversight at the rental car. 2 days later again the low pressure light comes on so I purchased a portable air compressor to re-inflate the tires. I was working 12 hours a day 1.5 hours away and no time to return the car. This continued for every few days re-inflating the tires to keep the tire pressure balanced. One evening one of the tires went lower than usual and damaged the side wall. After notifying Hertz roadside assistance they refused to help unless I was broken down on the side of the road. I was Instructed to return the car to rental location. I told them I was working 1.5 hours away and had little time to deal with this problem. But they refused further assistance. So I took off early that next day and returned the car. I had to wait for about an hour for anyone to show up at the counter. When they finally show up they did provide another car. But had to fill out a form indicating what happened. Then later received a bill in the mail for 2 damaged tires and 1 day loss of service of $258.72. Okay one of the tires was damaged but not 2 and it wasn't really my fault it was road damage or poor Hertz maintenance of their car. I feel really taken advantage of and will not use Hertz Rental Car in Roswell, NM ever again and suggest you go elsewhere for you rental service.

This location has some unprofessional employees! I get stranded in Roswell in a Hertz Rental car and get told to remain stranded in Roswell until Sunday morning and to call them first thing at 9 am on Sunday to get assisted. So I call on Sunday right at 9 am... and NO ANSWER- NO MESSAGING System... i call AGAIN and of course NO ANSWER. i call about 3 more times and finally some girl named Elizabeth answers at 9:10 am only to rudely tell me that "she will call me back real quick"... I then get NO HELP from this Hertz location. After being stranded with no way to get around this unfamiliar and weird town, I cant get an exchange from this Hertz because they are not a corporate office. so this location is USELESS for someone already in a Hertz rental who needs assistance or an exchange of vehicles due to be given a faulty and unserviced car from Hertz. USELESS!!!!
