“Felt I had to give credit where credit is due! Interacted with 4. different staff members and all were friendly, pleasant and helpful. Great service, location of hotel was central to area around the museum! Rooms were clean and all in order what else do you want being away from home. Great memories for a family trip.”

“Only gave a 4 star because it would have been nice to be told when making reservation that they would have told us the elevator was broken. Also the breakfast was completely empty at 8:30 in the morning. Very disappointed.”

“Great price, large rooms, really comfortable beds and clean bathroom. Quiet area on the edge of Roswell great for light sleepers. Some reviews complain about the AC but it got the room plenty cold and as an electrical engineer the AC being plugged into a power monitoring station is likely SAFER than being plugged straight into the wall. The backdoor leads to a nice large courtyard area. Plenty of space to explore. Supporting a local business that's competitively priced makes me feel good. Getting a room later in the night might cost you a bit more, just book ahead.”

“Front desk was very friendly and I didn’t have any issue with the key card deactivating like other places. The room was clean, sheets clean , bathroom clean. The pool was available but we chose not to use it. I also had no issue finding parking and the side door straight to the stairs was very convenient. 10/10 I recommend this place!”

“The fridge & provided dishes weren’t the cleanest but other than that the room was spotless. Didn’t realize they didn’t provide breakfast or I probably wouldn’t have booked. ? Outdated but worth it if you don’t mind the no breakfast part. ?”

“Rooms appear to have been recently refurbished. They were clean and comfortable for our overnight stay. Complimentary breakfast in the morning also was well served.”

“Clean room, plenty of hot water, heat, and towels, very friendly staff. TV WiFi, fridge, microwave. No breakfast, a few blocks away from the main alien stuff. Excellent value if you are looking for a good place to sleep. $65 including all taxes and fees.”

“Haven’t ever stayed in Roswell so I don’t know how other places compare. Room is cute, bed is fine, fridge and microwave are here, dogs are allowed. Only downsides were the bathroom had a sewer type smell, seemed to go to away though. Dogs are doing well here, happy about that. Room furnishings are decent. Tub and bathroom are clean, it’s just like a plumbing smell, could be the area.Overall it was a good value. What seemed to be the long term residents did look a little tweaked out and one was up all night working on cares so we were awakened all night.”

“This place went from deserving four or five stars, to deserving zero stars. My wife and I have been staying at this property regularly, for years and years. But after their former manager Phyllis passed away and the pandemic ended, the property owner decided to fill in their whirlpool instead of fixing or replacing it. What was he thinking?! They could put a nice above ground one in there for less than 10 grand. That was one of the two main reasons we kept coming back (the other being Phyllis) If anything, a good hotel/motel owner would add amenities, not take them away! On top of that, the hotel staff and new manager were very unsympathetic about my being very upset about the whirlpool. So instead of staying the entire three nights that we booked, we checked out first thing the next morning and didn't even stay for breakfast. To make matters worse, the manager emailed me the next week, saying that she was glad to lose me as such a Long time customer. If this hotel ever gets sold one day, I hope the new owner will be made aware that there is a whirlpool buried next to the pool and bring it back to life.”

“I had reserved a handicap accessible room because of my knees. I was supposed to have a walk-in shower and a raised toilet. We just dropped our luggage and went out sightseeing and didn't look in the bathroom. When we got back I found out we had a tub and a standard toilet, it was too late to change but asked the desk in the morning to see if there was a different price. She said you wanted two queen beds. I had to show her the reservation and what room we were supposed to get.It was a nice hotel with a decent continental breakfast, just be sure you get the room you requested.”
