“The Lady That Works The Desk Is So Wonderful I Loved Her Personality She Was Super Nice & Helpful, The Main Guy Was Not So Friendly, They Will Charge Your Card Without Your Knowledge So Keep That In Mind, We Asked For 2 Nights & They Only Charged For One We Were So Tired We Didn't Even Realize Until They Tried To Take It Out The Next Day We Thought It Was A Good Price For 2 Nights Boy Were We Wrong, But The Rooms Were Kept Well So I'd Say It Was Worth It !”

“The Candlewood Suites by IHG in Roswell was a wonderful place for our stay on December 27 to 28, 2025. Ms. Coronado, the hotel manager, was incredibly kind and professional in helping my family.
After we returned home to Houston, Texas, we realized my wife’s necklace had been left behind in the hotel bathroom. I called the hotel, and Ms. Coronado and her team were so helpful. They carefully checked the room schedule, found the necklace, and immediately shipped it back to us via FedEx.
We were so happy and relieved to receive the necklace again. This experience was truly outstanding, and I will definitely choose this Candlewood Suites again in the future. Thank you, Ms. Coronado and team. You are the best!”

“As a Choice Hotels member, my partner and I booked a two-night stay at the Quality Inn Suites in Roswell. When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk concierge, April, informed us that we had been upgraded to a suite at no extra charge. She was friendly and professional, making everything simple and easy to follow. And we always had everything we needed. Service was prompt and easy to find when necessary.
As far as the rooms go, our suite was very nice! There's a couch and extra room to move around. The beds are comfortable, however I do recommend bringing extra blankets if you have them. The shower is strong and the water feels clean. Overall, you really get what you pay for.
The best part I have to say is the amenities. There's an indoor pool to get away from the hot sun, and breakfast is complimentary. They have bacon, eggs, sausage, fruit, cereal, waffles, and more. The only change I would recommend is that the breakfast hours be changed from 7-10am rather than 6-9am. This would make it so that as soon as breakfast ends, the pool opens. Plus the younger crowd prefers to sleep in.
Other than that, we really had a great stay. Thank you again to April who really made our stay memorable, and to the owner. You guys are doing a great job! Keep up the great work!”
“We had a pleasant stay at this Holiday Inn. The front desk person was friendly and resolved the one concern we had. Our room was clean and everything functioned as expected. The breakfast was above the normal standard hotel fare. We appreciated the service. No complaints and would stay again if in Roswell.”
“Great price, large rooms, really comfortable beds and clean bathroom. Quiet area on the edge of Roswell great for light sleepers. Some reviews complain about the AC but it got the room plenty cold and as an electrical engineer the AC being plugged into a power monitoring station is likely SAFER than being plugged straight into the wall. The backdoor leads to a nice large courtyard area. Plenty of space to explore. Supporting a local business that's competitively priced makes me feel good. Getting a room later in the night might cost you a bit more, just book ahead.”

“We stayed here after staying two nights at the Holiday Inn express and I wish we would’ve stayed here instead of the Holiday Inn express! There are two bed rooms are actually separated, so there are two rooms inside of the room! Each bedroom had their own TV as well! The rooms had microwaves and fridges and over 700 channels on the Direct Tv! The service was super friendly and the rooms are super clean! Super cheap only paid $55! I’ll tell you right now. This was way better than the Holiday Inn Express! Thanks from Iowa!!!”

“Clean room, plenty of hot water, heat, and towels, very friendly staff. TV WiFi, fridge, microwave. No breakfast, a few blocks away from the main alien stuff. Excellent value if you are looking for a good place to sleep. $65 including all taxes and fees.”
“Conveniently located off of the main Street and only a few miles from downtown where all the Roswell attraction type things are.
The room was comfortable, however I think it needed a little bit more lightning, but it was clean and comfortable.
They serve a morning breakfast, however of the two nights we stayed one night breakfast was not there. The host on duty that morning apologize that someone did not get it ready, but unfortunately that's one of the things that can make or break a hotel when you're looking for your breakfast. But at least he said he was sorry.”

“Just so you know, this is a motel not hotel. (Doors are on the outside) So I was a little shocked. However everything was fresh and clean. The property was neat and kept. It was quiet all night. So we enjoyed our stay.”
