“My US Army Reserve Unit had a unique request for a medical training lab, to use cow eyes to help Army Medics learn more about the eye structure and eye trauma. After many phone calls to various companies throughout the state, we finally reached out to USA Beef Packing in Roswell. After a bit of confusion on what the eyes would be for, the staff were incredibly helpful and provided 24 eyes for our medical lab. This allowed our medics to learn the eye structures, nomenclature, and dealing with Trauma in one of our more successful trainings to date. Idali and the staff at USA Beef Packing were a great help to our training and we thank them for their assistance.”
