110 W 4th St, RoswellMy mom and I found this jewel while traveling through Roswell. Great central location with plenty of public parking across the street. This restaurant has a very welcoming hometown atmosphere. Our waitress was very kind and answered all our questions. The star of the show was the amazing fajitas!! I dare say these are some of the best I have ever had. The flavor was out of this world! My mom is a pretty picky eater but she ate every bite of her stuffed sopaipilla. The chips and salsa were delicious as well. We will definitely be back the next time we travel to Roswell.
