“Gas was cheaper here compared to other gas stations in the area. You can use Walmart Plus via Walmart Pay if you don’t have a Sam’s Club membership. People don’t follow the arrows here, will reverse or drive the opposite way in the lanes here.”

“I can’t say there’s anything to stand out great about the Sam’s Club. It was clean. The workers were friendly. One of the negatives was that the water dispenser in the restaurant area did not work so we had to buy bottles of water. I didn’t care too much for that. They were very fast and getting our pizza out to us and overall I would say the prices are fairly competitive. The fuel is priced well and I would encourage anyone who uses Sam’s to get fuel. Here it was about $.25 off the normal price of other areas. Easy to get into but there is a little bit of traffic from some of the other places around it.”
“Exceptional Service! Was with my family on vacation passing through Roswell, NM late last Sunday afternoon. We had a slow leaking flat tire and needed it repaired or replaced before continuing on our trip. Braulio Morales and Jerry Romero were working in the Tire & Battery department then and immediately went to work for me! Turns out I needed 2 rear tires immediately. They located the tires on the rack and installed them for me very quickly - and we were on our way again! Otherwise we would have had to stay overnight and disrupt our vacation plans. Really appreciate these guys!!!”

A lovely young lady went out of her way to help me and I was so blessed as I got an over the counter Magnesium even better than I was looking for and then got a second bottle for mega cheap on sale. “Never in all my years I have I had my mind blown by the person bagging my groceries! “ one is broken would you like me to get you another carton?” Said the young lady holding my carton of eggs open to show me. Long story short, I told her no because I was actually the one who broke that egg, but it was the simple question the simple act of kindness from this amazing employee that just blew my mind. I’ve never even thought of or never even seen anybody do that! I thanked her because it actually sucks to get home and realize you’re missing an egg or there’s a broken one. She then told me that that happened to her mother one time and that’s why she checks peoples eggs now this very very young girl restored my hope in humanity in our youth. If I was her mother or her employer, I would be extremely proud. I told her if I was her boss I would definitely give her a raise lol. No, but really it warmed my heart and made my shopping experience beyond amazing I’m glad I got to meet Aracely tonight. She is a great employee and Albertsons. Lucky to have her.”

“My son (6 years old) had an ear infection. The Walgreens north confirmed they got the prescription at 5:24 pm but that they could not fill it before they closed at 6 pm. They said the South Walgreens could pull the order if I called them. I did, the pharmacist did not hesitate and my order was filled and picked up by 5:51. They have a great staff and genuine heartfelt concern for their customers.”
“Friendly staff and took care of my medicine needs when my regular pharmacy was out of stock on my medicine. Albertsons is usually great for costumer service I just wish they opened one on the north end of Roswell.”

“This store may not have what I really wanted but, I was able to pick up a souvenir. We did have an awkward experience with some random woman bumping into us on purpose and saying excuse me. She tried to bump into us again and we didn't move so she had to go around us. Very odd maybe she was an alien. Anyway we had a good laugh. Blessings for 2026”

My 1 bad experience should not have effected the rating on the whole.I I had to bump back up because it's just a very good store with excellent product,good prices,a good rewards system and a well rounded kind and helpful staff. Almost always a great interaction. I do appreciate the staff and both Roswell locations very much as well as the products.”
