Overdraft protection didn't stop my auto-payments:( sad day for me. When I had a person turn off the overdraft I explained this being the reason why. Now it has happened again and was told that it was explained to me when I opened the account.(prior to even having overdraft protection).took the L on this one. I do see though that WF and other companies' protection does cover recurring payments. Unfortunately not pioneer.. staff is great though! I catch myself stopping by to deposit/chat with Vanessa and Isabelle even if I don't necessarily need to deposit!

Pioneer Bank is the best bank I have used in my 55 years of banking. The customer service has always been outstanding. Today I interacted with Heather. She was extremely pleasant, helpful and professional. I am not sure how you keep all your employees upbeat, but keep up the good work!

Online banking is a dinosaur, super out dated and doesn't work. Numerous hassles to close bank accounts. Bank whittles away at your account balances.Pick a better, national bank, with a good reputation.

I have been to this bank several times and the front door is always locked. I would like to change from my current bank and move my accounts but so far no luck getting in may have to go elsewhere.

Not just this branch, but most branches of Pioneer Bank that I have had interactions with frequently have wonderfully polite tellers who are almost always ready and able to fix your troubles. Even when I've walked away without an answer due to situations that just sometimes are out of control, I still usually feel satisfied with the level of service displayed. Excellent choice as a local business.

I have been banking with Pioneer for over a year. I’ve been reasonably happy with them, until today, when I was told an outright lie. Here’s the back story: I tried to deposit a check (tax return, treasury issued) on Wednesday, but the deposit failed. I called the branch, asked why this might have been the case, and was told it was “probably just a glitch in the app”. No big deal, I tried the mobile deposit again Thursday, it was accepted without issue. Today, Friday, they released $200 of the somewhat large check, which is par for the course. I always get $200 of a mobile deposit check next day, and the rest on the second day. I called this morning to see about having the rest of the funds released today, before the long weekend, especially since it was the app that had prevented it from working Wednesday. I gave all my info, sat on hold while she went and “talked to the manager” and was told it’s an “automated system that puts a hold on funds, there’s nothing a person can do to release them.”. Which would have been all well and good, since it is a 2 day hold policy, except they’ve done it for me before. On multiple occasions. I understand that maybe it’s something they aren’t “supposed” to do, and I would have gladly accepted that answer over an outright lie. I’m extremely disappointed, and dishonesty is something I won’t tolerate, especially from the people that handle my money of all things. I’ll be opening an account elsewhere today, and transferring my money as soon as it’s deposited.

I have been coming to the Pioneer Main Branch and have observed first hand how extremely helpful Delores Villanueva is to customers that come into the bank and need assistance. Delores listens and then offers options to them so they are the ones making the choices for their accounts.

I use Pioneer Bank for almost ALL my banking needs. I use the corporate branch, because of the teller line girls and mainly Rene Ruiz always goes out of his way to speak to me. He is very knowledgeable, and quick, as well as, being a SUPBERB customer service representative. Oh, lets not forget the infectious smile that comes with that service. The bank has moved Rene into a supervisory position he is extremely professional and Pioneer Bank has a GREAT asset with him in the building! Thanks Pioneer Bank and Rene!
