Five years and it been great! Fiber optics broke 2 yrs ago, called , and had them repaired within 2 days. To get get anything done in Roswell within 2 days is a miracle. My family and I are satisfied this far.

Did an upgrade to 5G. Staff was kind. Slight connection problem at first. Customer service was very helpful. The technician that came out was professional and polite.

Upgrading to 5G,took a little longer bc modem was in my flooded den! Got it today n git my new 5G modem. I've signed up for fiber optic internet but think it's gonna be awhile til they can actually do it. My neighborhood was one of the ones who hot hit the worst!
