The folks at T-Mobile are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! My husband and I dropped in to check on plans and ended up saving a TON of money on our monthly bills by switching from our old carrier, and my husband even got a new phone! When you go, ask for Mark: he can pull up everything so quickly and get you set up in no time! The 4 people that greeted us and helped were really personable, and we are very happy with our experience there!

My husband was getting a new phone and the rep wasn't listening to him. Staff need customer service retraining. You know...let the customer complete their question. If you don't know the answer, "I don't know, let me find out" is acceptable. My husband finally got fed up with not being listened to. We left and went to Artesia for service. Oh, this store is a franchise and not a corporate run T-Mobile store.

Thank you for assisting my elderly mother in law today. I do not appreciate, however, your representative Christi Perez attempting to upsell a two year contract on a tablet service after already selling her home internet. It was pretty shocking to hear that she had no idea she was signing a two year contract when you said to me that she was aware. Why is this store taking advantage of elderly individuals who may not understand that home internet provides tablet internet connection at home? That is very upsetting. I gave your store a second star because T-mobile was able to correct the issue and was very helpful with resolving the issue. The second star is not for your location.

location does unethical practices, went to see what lines i qualified for. Was told amount, told rep i would be back after i think about the route we want to go and amount of lines. Called in the business 800 number, they offered iPhones free which were not avail in store per the rep. So when we got setup on phone the 800 rep said i already had an account with 3 lines active?! This was in no way authorized, no signed papers, no transactions, no equipment etc..... THEN, got my phones in the mail, not able to activate, called 800# they informed me my 3 lines were cancelled by the store? Really? This store needs a corporate visit and evaluation, we have been T-Mobile customers for YEARS, this retail treatment is uncalled for. A bad example an zero consistency in customer care. Stay clear of this retail T-Mobile location and call their 800 # to save yourself.

T-Mobile's overpriced phone service does not work at my house. If not for my home internet I would not be able to send so much as a text message so I returned to my old service provider. Now T-Mobile expects me to pay $1,400 for a set of Iphones we can't even use. They are the worst phone company ever and they operate with no ethics.

Called the Roswell NM store for help with a phone and they pretty much refused to help. I asked two questions and the supervision got on the line and cut me off. I was not rude to them but did want to know why their policy had changed. She was rude and pretty much hung up on me. Sprint had so much better customer service. T-Mobile proves again and again how much they don't care about helping customers.

Came to the store at 12:00 on Saturday when the store is supposed to be open. Not one person in sight. Waited for 45 min and no one showed up. This is not the first time it has happened either

Times say they close at 8, we come way before they close and the doors are locked no one is ever there, do they not have workers???
