A dump, renting here over ten years, new owners tripled rent, mice, filthy two inches of dirt on everything, charging $15 extra for insurance? For what? Doors won’t open, moving out asap, noticed many empty units, needs to be bull dozed!

The lady at the desk is RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. When she’s back from lunch, she will wait in her car even longer if you are outside the door waiting to make a payment. Don’t show up close to closing time either, she’ll already be gone. In the modern world you can autopay your bills but not this place. She told my husband we had to sign up for email statements, after paper statements had been coming to our house. They then stopped sending a statement to the house. So now we’re late occasionally because we don’t get a physical bill. Be warned if you’re late making a payment she’s even ruder and more disrespectful, plus you get a lecture about paying on time. I’ve rented from them for 15 years and ever since this lady started, I’ve had issues! Go somewhere else to rent. If I didn’t have so much stuff in my unit, and hadn't rented from them for so long (my monthly bill is CHEAP!!), I would definitely move to a new storage facility!

Looked bad from outside. I was there between 4:30 and 5 pm on a Thursday. Had talked to lady prior and she said after 4pm would be best. It was about 3:45 already and they are across town and not an obvious storage facility from street... Their door had a $ to call and so I dialed her to say I was at the front. The woman said it was too close to 5pm and I guess they are not open on Fridays but to come back Monday. I went and leased a unit from U-Haul. Way better

When I rented the unit the lady who did the documentation with me stated upon. Vacating the unit to please sweep the unit and make sure there qas not debris. Anso yesterday i gave notification that i was vacating the unit. I did exactly what she had stated as for thw cleaning of the unit. Mind you these units are not climate controlled. So today i call about recieving my deposit. They told me the unit was in sever need of cleaning. That they had to do it badly today for the next customer. Concidering ita has been windy and these units are going to get dirt back in them that i wouldnt have had a problem getting my deposit returned. Didnt happen. They argued and were very passivr aggressive towards me. Also i got hung up on. Rude rude
