“Our car fan continued to stay running very loud after turning it off.
We had called the dealership and they had scheduled us out a month and three weeks just to look at it.? So we started calling around. Hick’s were three weeks out, but said they could possibly look at it, if we were willing to be without our car for three to four days. I didn’t have a ride home, so the owner drove me home. THANK YOU!
Rebeca took us in, and they found the problem the same day, it was the thermostat and very difficult to get to. They fixed our car! Good price and we had our car back within two days! Hicks totally exceeded our expectations. Rebecca was awesome with informing us about procedure and cost.

Very nice guy who helped us also gave us a ride to Roswell even waited with my fiancé and I to get picked up by family member.
