I've had to send a package a couple of times in the past week. I was helped by 2 different gentlemen at the counter. I had a lot of questions. They we're excellent! Friendly, very knowledgeable, and helpful.

Not sure which location handles deliveries....BUT...Maybe don't forcefully cram a package so far into the mail box that it dents the steel can of turpentine inside it. That wouldn't have been so bad except that I also had to cut open the shipping box while it was still inside my mailbox to be able to remove it.
It took more effort and energy to damage my package, and potentially my mailbox by forcing it in there than it would've taken for the carrier to walk their lazy a$$ the 30' from the street to the front door of the house.

USPS driver delivered my package meant for a present to the wrong house and I am moving so I will never receive it so not use this postal service if you can avoid them
Edit: package came later in the day but i really dislike when the postman scans item before actual delivery !

One of the worse mail systems I've ever seen every time I have a package arriving it makes it to Lubbock then gets lost or sent back today 1-9-25 I'm waiting on a package supposed to have been here yesterday to day all the offices are closed because couple inches. Of snow my package is here on site says it won't be delivered until the 14th I could go pick the dam thing up no personal to talk to lol 6 days later don't make a bitt of sense another site says on the tenth it will be delivered a bunch of rejects running the mail dwn here pathetic it's always something delivered in the wrong box and it was valuable and unreplaceable items

Had to mail speedy German mail. Little pricy but all worth it! You don't want to play with the German government. It has to be right on time. The US postal service delivers.

I was concerned with the comments being so good or so very bad. I didn't have an amazing time but I wasn’t at an amusement park either. Professional yet kind of slow but this is a post office.

They are always very willing to help and get you in your way. They never make me feel like I'm asking a dumb question though I'm sure they get hundreds of repetitive questions a week.

The post office is very unprofessional the mail lady keeps damaging my packages and she won’t give me my mail I have made multiple complains and no one wants to do anything and now she is forgering
out signature.

They overcharge by adding things you don't want. I hadn't noticed til I paid they had added signature required ($4) which they never asked if I wanted it nor did I request it.
