I ordered a decal print off ebay and the seller shipped it in a sturdy cardboard envelope with another carboard slip inside to avoid creases, they put a “fragile” sticker on the large envelope and the postal employees that handled it bent the package in half and stuffed into my wall mail box, mind you its smaller than a regular mailbox. Picture is damaged and i had to order a new one. Guys, of it doesn’t fit in the mailbox naturally, dont MAKE IT fit. Leave it under the doormatt or infront of the door with a rock or something. This is Very upsetting.

Completely rude and lazy! My mail box was knocked down by someone and instead of leaving my mail, or a slip to pick them up, they returned all my mail and Christmas packages! When asked why they didn't leave a slip, I was rudely informed by employee Rebecca, that they don't deliver to place with no box, even though its pretty apparent that it was only down a day or so, my mail was delivered this morning. They need to offer more services to situations where its not the home owners fault that their property was vandalized, and unable to receive mail that day! Half my block suffered this and I can only hope they didn't have to face the same run around!! If I could give 0 stars I so would!

Big NO STARS!! My pkg was delivered to wrong place..north side of town..instead of south side..pkg was address correctly. Said driver would go back & retrieve & deliver today. Yeah...we'll see. Parts geek doesn't cover delivery mistakes made by shipper. If I don't get my car part already ordered..I'll haveto spend more money..that I can't really afford!! But, need my car, so have no choice. Only gave 1 star so I could post this review.

They put my package in the wrong box, was supposed to have their carrier check all the boxes. She never did. Called back and they had no clue what I was talking about and didn’t know how to help me ? and I still don’t have my package.

Will not redeliver my package because my building was closed on a Saturday - I am a teacher!!! Of course school is closed on Saturday - so why didn't they even try to deliver my package on Monday. Now. of course, you cannot get a hold of anybody to set up a redelivery - and it is really difficult to get to the post office during the day. No wonder the USPS is going out of business.
