I realize being a door greeter is not the most appealing/in demand job description out there but there's no need to be rude as the current crop of door greeters they have at this store are. The gals they have there now go out of their way to avoid having to greet anyone. lol. Turn their backs on approaching customers or walk away as they see customers approaching eating, doing makeup and in general ignoring, avoiding having to offer any kind of greeting. Personally when I go shopping I don't care (or require) if they have someone greeting me/not but if they choose to do so at least don't be rude about it. Not the smartest way to do business.

One of the self checkout ladies by the name of Kelly is very rude, she needs to redo customer service training.

If I could I would give 0 stars, just let me put it to you this way I wouldn't recommend coming here AT ALL, there is a rude karen lady who oversees self checkout who cannot do math, has horrible customer service, and discriminates if your a visitor from out of state, if you need any essentials go over to Walgreens or Albertsons down the street.

Walmart never seems to have enough employees. Apparently not enough to stock the shelves in the store, or at the checkout stands. Roswell is even worse than most. I used to work as a bagger at Safeway many years ago and one of my jobs if I had extra time was to straighten up the shelves apparently that doesn't happen here.

Late night stop to use the restrooms and I do believe that Miss Helen would be pleased as they were clean enough. The store is well stocked and I found what I needed in the grocery aisle. I was able to check out without issue. Bonus star for a Walmart that allows overnight parking. I arrived in Roswell too late to get to the UFO center so I spent the night here to be able to get there in the morning. The parking area is tidy and level. No trash on the ground and other than some chatter from the associates leaving at the end of their shift, it was quiet for a night of sleeping in my Sprinter van. There were a few other campers, too. I came into Electronics today to get a simple charger the dude comes in late, looks at me and doesn't say a word. When he finally asked me what I needed he looks over my shoulder and calls his friend that came in and starts having a conversation. So I just stand there while he jokes about after work activities. If this how Walmart employees work around here I'm glad to just be passing by. Wish I caught his name but he couldn't even wear his name tag the right way! No thanks

Being from Texas, I was pleasantly surprised to see liquor sold at Walmart! The selection was respectable and the process were very fair or cheaper than what I'm ise to seeing. Being around Christmas time, they had some really nice looking gifts sets! I wanted to take more than Terremana tequila, but the space in my car was limited as I was road tripping.

I already hate wal mart but in Roswell there's no options. With the Governors tyranny afoot they're only allowing 75 in at a time. What BS. The employees could make it better but the guy at the door policing it is name calling and swearing at customers. Calling me and others a-holes. It's a joke. Wal mart is a garbage company who craps on their employees. Hopefully they build another grocery store here like an Aldi, or literally anything else.

This store Mgmt has become a Nazi type of service. They seem to be more into harassing customers and concerned about Mgmt Bonuses rather than customer service. Have been harassed twice as I was leaving store wanting to insure I had not stolen anything. I hold multiple Walmart Credit card accounts both personal and Business, hold the same for Sam's Club. Need Corporate Offices in Bentonville to quell the Mgmt here at this store. Had one employee tell me that they know Walmart is the Only choice of Department Stores in Roswell and if one doesn't like it or challenges them they can and will ban you.AGAIN BENTONVILLE CORPORATE NEEDS TO GET THIS STORE BACK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT OF CUSTOMER SUSPICION, HARASSMENT, AND THREATS.

We entered the Roswell AlienThemed Walmart Center at 7:00 PM, it was 93 degrees with a dry heat, theres high altitude here. Our hopes were high and our hearts were willing. As we entered the door, my pant snagged on it, . I thought about aliens, this walmart suposed to be alien themed. Everyone said so! And then i walk in. I scan the landscape, and the natty light was on sale! had a pack of 20 with three extra. I thought about how much beer I have been drinking this week and took a pass on it. I felt my pocket for my juul and secretly juuled into my shirt when no one was watching. I bought some fiber powder because I've been constipated There was no aliens too!

Miss the check-out with a maximum of 10 items or whatever. Lots of self-check stations now, but BFD. Was at Walmart this AM. One of the self-checks was Cash Only. One of the longer lanes was out-of-service. I had many large items, so that is what I wanted to use. They are rarely ever open, and it is such a pain to use the short ones. When you have a lot of stuff, or just some large items (I had a large storage bin, vacuum cleaner, and so on), there's no dam space to put all your stuff! I use the 'gun' to check my stuff, but I get confused and lose track of what I've rung up. Then I got stuck behind a ### using the only available long lane. She was pretty much thru with her shopping when I got behind her (no shorter lanes available). So I thought. Cart full of bags and bags of groceries. She VERY slowly finished bagging the few items left. Then she pulled out 10 coupons and had trouble scanning them. Then she had trouble using some card to pay. Employee watching self-checks slow to help her. After 15 mins., I was in pain from my severe arthritis Finally saw that a manned check-out nearby was free, so I THREW my stuff in my cart and hurried over. Thru in under 5 mins. Some of these shorter lanes need to have a limit on the number of items allowed!! To top it all off, as I was leaving the store, a woman came in with a dog! No evidence of its being a service animal, or even an 'emotional support' animal. I've complained about this before to management. And the city health dept., but that's another story, smh. I'm ready to contact main Walmart office about this. And other things.

I believe management made a terrible call here, they sent a loud message to truck drivers,an RV, you or your equipment is not wanted. Walmart receives all the goods from Truck Drivers, without them there would be no Walmart, but yet instead of making improvements for parking, they do away with it sending a loud clear message gives are stuff, but your not welcome at are stores It's the same for RV they want them too buy the goods they just don't want There RV,or campers. Welcome too the new blood management of Walmart

Dear Wal-Mart, Train your employees in the following areas: CUSTOMER SERVICE CUSTOMER RECOGNITION-when a customer approaches a register -- acknowledgment of their presence is a must. EMPLOYEE PRESENCE - a customer should not have to hunt the entire store for an employee. Additionally, the customer should not be told by employees that they are not on the clock and therefore cannot help you all while sending us off on another wild goose chase. EMPLOYEE KNOWLEDGE OF INVENTORY- tell your employees that "uh, I don't know" is NOT an answer, and therefore should never be said to a customer. Replace the words "I don't know" with "I'm not sure but I'll be glad to find out."

No air conditioning it was hotter then sin, when asked when they will turn on the air was told it won't because it's broke & they won't fix it until January... the cashier was about to pass out from the heat.... don't dare to ask associate if they have more products in the back because you get a attitude... will not be returning, I will bite the bullet & buy from a grocery store
