I went inside to make a withdrawal because I left my ATM card. Aylin told me about setting up my card so I can use my phone to make withdrawals. I was able to add my debit card and other cards of mine. She was also very friendly and informative.

I am always happy with the service I receive at this branch. Samuel Hernandez treated me with the respect that I feel I should get, being a customer since 1999. He solved my problem fast and efficiently. I suggest everyone go to the North branch because they always treat you like a valuable person. Again I Thank Samuel for his help today.

The Wells Fargo tellers have always been very courteous and helpful. At peak times there may be a short wait, but most of the time there are only a person or two in front of me, so I get taken care of in a few minutes. When I've needed to talk with a banker my needs were take care of quickly, or I have scheduled a time, so they were able to give me the time needed to address my issue.

Need to make an appointment to get into my safe deposit box, when I check online it says no appointments available. I NEED the items in my safe deposit box today! I will consider another bank for this service!!

Wells fargo is a place i try to avoid. The only reason i come here is for work. From a business standpoint, i dont think it is reasonable to be waiting in line for nearly an hour. Even when i do go into the lobby, im sometimes the last person to be helped. I just dont think i should be waiting in line for so long for a simple transaction
