The packing crew was excellent. However, the manager, or owner, was not helpful. Did not want to explain the entire process from pickup to loading to extra fees system. Just wanted to be hired and then pay the bill. Very unprofessional and because of him, unreliable.

They walked off the job when they decided the truck was too small. My elderly mother went to get another truck and came home to find her furniture on the driveway and all the doors to her house wide open! Then the owner Robert Dunn had the BALLS to come by to collect the rest of the fee later that day! She had to call another moving company to come finish loading her belongings into the other truck! Put this man and his unscrupulous ways out of business!! Call Ruidoso Movers and talk to Vincent! He saved the day for her!

I have used Robert with All American moving for the last 20 years. He is the best. My move from Houston to Alto was done with Wheaton Moving. As difficult as moving can be, the man who drove the truck was so helpful. Would never use anyone else.
