“My car had gotten work done at a different shop in a different town but started acted up while driving through ruidoso so we stopped at Ralph’s, they got to our car as fast as they could considering they were busy and we realized it was something that could have ended really bad if not caught sooner!!! So while they worked on my car we waited in the lobby area and not only is the mechanic service 5 star but also the customer service! The staff was friendly and a man that I’m assuming was the owner was extra attentive to everyone that walked in the door and greeted a lot of them with hugs and by name! It was a very welcoming environment and they were knowledgeable about everyone’s needs! They fixed us up, didn’t charge us an arm or a leg and got on our way!”

“My family and I were driving back to Arizona from Texas and stopped in Ruidoso because our car was acting weird. We called them an hour before close and asked if we could bring the car by to get inspected and they immediately took the car in. They were so kind and said that we need a new tire and called another shop who had the tire we needed in stock and got us in with them. They didn’t charge us anything for their time and they gave us a thank you bag with goodies in it! I’ve never experienced such kind people at a mechanic before and I am just so grateful we stopped there! 100 out of 10 experience”

“Been using Chuy's for routine auto service for several years. They are friendly, efficient and very fair on price. They don't nickel/dime like many auto service providers do.”

“They have always been professional and respectful. My only complaint is that Ford has discontinued the Edge. I have had 3 Edges and they have all been great cars. Perfect size for me.”

“Art is a honest man. I bought a car from him 6 yrs ago, 1st car started giving issues,he tried to fix it but couldn't so he honored his word, he took the car and gave me back what I had paid for it towards another car and I've been driving it up until last week. I've been in Lubbock and will be making a trip out to see if he has another one, because I trust him and I know he will put me in another good vehicle. I got more than my money's worth out this car. I give him 10 stars if I could.”

“Very professional !! I called him on a holiday weekend with an issue with my RV having Electrical issues he quickly messaged me back, asking a few questions and then called me to walk me through a process to reset some stuff and get the camper working again. Most companies would not have taken the time to assist like that. I live in New Mexico and camp and. Travel a lot. I will be back in the area at the end of the year for an elk hunt. And of course I’ll be camping so if I have any issues, I know who I’ll call and who will always be getting my business as long as I’m in the area. Thanks again sir, for being a real person in a time when there aren’t many of us left.”

“I’ve been having my truck serviced here for years. They always seem to do a good job, price is comparable to any other Ford dealer, and I’ve always liked the front desk staff.”

“While traveling and pulling a camper our Ford F250 diesel pickup developed problems with bad fuel on a Friday. Mountain Tech has a good reputation and the campground where we were staying recommended calling Kyle, the owner. He was helpful on discussing what to do and coordinated with the wrecker driver to have the truck transported and parked in a service bay for the weekend. I checked on the truck at 9:00 Monday morning and the fuel tank had already been removed and the project was underway. Picked it up around lunch. Very pleased. Delivered on the timeline promised - maybe a bit better. Price was fair. Nice, clean shop. Highly recommend Mountain Tech Automotive.”
Fix Auto USA opened its 200th location in Palm Desert South, California, Body Shop Business reported. An impressive achievement for the company started just over a decade ago. "I'm honored to be the 200th Fix Auto USA location," said Arroyo. "I joined the network in 2014 and haven't looked back. This network has given me so much, and I can't wait to continue building my business and representing the brand."
