“Paula was so so sweet! She turned on the tv for my 3 year old and gave her a snack while I was trying to fill out shipping information. She had the best attitude. While I wasn’t having a great morning her kindness, and upbeat personality had me leaving with a smile on my face and in a better mood. She mentioned it was her birthday and I was telling her my daughter turned 3 last Saturday. She let my daughter pick out a toy they have in there. Thanks so much Paula, and I hope you enjoy your birthday!”

“To be honest, I dread sending packages at the post office. I haven’t had the kindest of people to help me. Today I had Letty and she was wonderful!!! She restored my faith in the experience. Thank you Letty! Your patience and kindness meant a lot to me and you deserve a raise or promotion.”

“I do not have mail service at my house so I have to have a post office box. This is at the Hollywood station post office. I like the people there. I have found them helpful and very pleasant to deal with. My only complaint is the hours. They are not open after 3:30 or on Saturday for me to pick up packages. I work across town and do not have time to get to the post office before it closes when I have a "yellow notice" to pick up a package. I wish they had some Saturday hours to make this easier for those of us in this situation.”
