Very simple, short but beautiful walk. Various signage with information on local plants and animals and newer bridges. Just be aware during summer and autumn months the mosquitoes can get pretty bad.

Such a nice, easy hiking trail. Lots of beautiful birds and plants. I loved the signs with plant names, I see these plants all over NM and didn't know the names of many of them. There's one trash can at the entrance and a sign in sheet. Two benches along the trail and one wooden shack to view wildlife. Dog friendly but there's no p*** bags, so make sure to bring some along.

Fun little walk after getting out of a long car ride. Not to much to see but does tell you what the local flora and fauna are.

If you want peace and quiet this is the place for you. I've found the best time to go is for sunrise or sunset. But really, anytime is good. Take lots of water no matter the time of year.

This is an exceptional place in an odd location.????. Tucked into a curve at the end of a guard rail entering San Ysidro, NM going north on Hiway 550 is there coolest little nature trail you've ever seen. ????This is a desert trail with beautiful desert features, if ever you get the chance to see the trail under a full moon????????, highly recommended. ???????? It should be noted, nature trail, nature may intercept your interlude. ????????????
