What was once a single storage facility became so much more. The littlest business that could, and did exceed expectations as over time it began acquiring surrounding storage facilities until it owned them all. Leaving you with several blocks of units to choose from. Greg Solano is the property manager, and a right helpful guy, who assisted us in getting moved from one unit into a bigger one as our needs grew. He was also very helpful in deciphering the unit numbers and locations code. Each unit number assigned is four digits, but only the last two are on the actual locker, and the first two designate the block the unit is on in order of the facility being purchased. Yeah, I know. Super confusing. When renting a unit just ask him to point you to the specific block you need to be on. The facility isn't new, and the surrounding fences could use some work, but the prices are right and the location is convenient if you are in North Santa Fe.

A-1 Self Storage on San Mateo in Santa Fe - if you ever need extra storage, go to Antoinette & Greg Solano. They are courteous, patient, very helpful and their storage is clean, easily accessed, secure and affordable. They are both a delight to do business with and make you feel like family.

This is a convenient and great place to store items. A better location in town than driving all the way out to Airport Road. The manager is extremely nice and helpful and I like that they live at the facility for security reasons. When I rented they also had a great move-in special that made it the cheapest price in town.

Friendly at first....but then totally freaked out when they found us "hanging out" there DURING open hours. Very rudely kicked us out. Also too expensive and there was a large break-in there also.
