We had auto, home and umbrella insurance from AAA this past year. It was the worst insurance experience we have had in our 69 years of living. The agent, Marvin Becker, made promises he never fulfilled including quotes for higher levels of insurance and different policies. Additionallly, we were rear ended and they declared the car totaled when we were still able to drive it 50 miles home. They low balled the value of the car and it took them 6 months to pay the claim. The highest level of efficiency they exhibited was in their billing. Needless to say, we are no longer with them and would discourage anyone from ever using them. They are low cost but you can forget about service if you have a questions much less a claim. We filed a complaint with the president of AAA New Mexico and shocker - never got a response!

DONT GET THIS INSURANCE. it’s cheap and it has a lot of benefits but once you get into a car crash and even when your not at fault it’s gonna be hell, got into a crash about 4 weeks ago i’ve had the police report proving i wasn’t at fault when i first got into the accident i had called these guys and they put me in contact with an adjuster her name was brenna and she’s been horrible she is so horrible at her job i’ve only talked to her about twice but that was after countless emails, calls, and voicemails left. she hasn’t been in contact even though i was told id be updated and i haven’t even received an email back regarding the many questions ive asked over the past 3 weeks i didn’t even know my car had been deemed a total loss until i called the place they were keeping my car at and they even were suprised i hadn’t been told about it at all and he had to call them to call me and update me. after the call i had with her a couple days ago shes told me she’d be in contact with me after recieving the police report to prove i wasn’t at fault even though ive already emailed it to her and told her about but didn’t wanna look for it and made me send it again and after shown proof i wasn’t at fault she told me she’d be in contact with me moving forward about my car being deemed totaled, she told me id have to pay 500$ to have it towed. since that call ive tried to call, email and left voice messages asking what’s the status ive even tried to get in contact with her supervisor who which i found and tried calling and leaving voicemails about my situation too and have not been contacted back. i don’t even know the status of what is going on with my car right now. it suck’s so much just get progressive when i had them as my insurance it was so much more better than this. smh.

Non responsive, asked for a high value policy more than 7 months ago and no response, had rear ended in a crash and it was as though they could have cared less. Not likely to renew our policies.

I applied for an IDL in July and I have been back and forth with this office about how much the application costs (note it doesn’t include tax and everyone I spoke with has a different % in mind). I called two weeks ago to check in, spoke with someone who promised to call back, never did. Two months later, I still don’t have the IDL.

After 41 years of being a member My conversation about a service that had changed was not fruitful no Concern to explain what had changed just read her part and that was it insincere upsets me paying membership for 41 years and their insurance policy changed and not notify clients

COMPLETE SCUMBAGS. I went in to get a quote after being a THIRTY-ONE year member of AAA. I was treated like DIRT. Idiot "new member expert" who claimed to have worked there for "eight years" failed to be able to view my membership in their weak, feeble computer system. He actually used profanity towards me when he incompetently failed to be able to look me up in the AAA system. I HAD MY CARD WITH ME THAT STATED "MEMBER FOR 31 YEARS". These idiots LOST my business. Disgusting and offensive losers.

AAA waste of money: I was AAA silver member for years in multiple states and then the ONE TIME I actually needed them after a catastrophic coolant loss they were completely inept because I wasn't in state. They didn't do anything for me and treated me like an 1diot because I wasn't in the state of my membership when my break down occurred. Complete waste of money and insulting on top of it. Now they send me all sorts of mail and I just laugh because they'll never get another cent from me.

This is the worst Experience I've ever had with a Auto Insurance company in my life and I'm in my forties.The agent named Steven SpencerOut of the Santa Fe AAA officeIs the worst Aagent I've ever met.He was childish.He was rude. he conned me and lie to me about my policy. And when I try to confront him with the documentation and statement. He basically started being rude and yelling at me and telling me do you want to talk to my boss so I can get my money you owe us for your policy. He never explained what my auto insurance policy covered and he Never told me what my road side assistance. covered either. The agents from the many company called him and told him he needs to contact me to correct what he told me and did to my auto insurance policy without my approval. He didn't call me until my policy was cancelled. Trying to get the money and told me that it was my fault about the policy even thou I never got a letter from him about the payment and after I told him that I would pay the out standing money and while I was giving him my debit card info he hung up on which is very unprofessional and I will never send anyone to that agent or office because they don't communicate with each other and their clients. They don't call you back and they don't act profesionale in anyway. Worest place ever. This is the office in Santa fe in New Mexico.

I Have been trying to get a question answered about towing. I have been trying to speak to someone as I do not want to schedule a tow until I know if it is covered . This is not good customer service!

Asked what I needed to register a vehicle I just bought from out of state while in paying my insurance. They told me just the title and my insurance. The next day I come in which is a Thursday. I was told they can only do out of state registration Monday through Wednesday and that I'd have to make an appointment next week. I scheduled my appointment for Monday at 2. it was very inconvenient for anyone that works they only could help in the middle of the day. I showed up 15 minutes early hoping they could help me early. Instead they waited for a lunch break swap and helped me 5 minutes late. So 20 minutes into sitting there on my third visit...I am called up to be helped. I was told since I bought it from a dealership I'd have to go to the motor vehicle department.
