My first time in this store and it wasn't a good one. I heard mixed reviews but I want it to give it a try. First thing I noticed the cashier lady sitting and speaking spanish on the phone. Not a good look for the store so i wasnt even acknowledge when i walked in. I went in the other day to buy a $1000 Echo generator that I was told they had in stock. As im waiting, I hear some employees gossiping on the other side saying that Louis took it and hasn't brought it back. I'm confused. Why would he bring it back Is this an employee? A customer? was the product they wanted to sell me used? I annoyed because i was just waiting and waiting, and all i got was "yea we cant find it and to order another one its gonna take like three weeks" I just heard them saying that someone took it and hasn't brought it back.. Drove one hour to the store just to waste my time. I specifically called to be sure, and they told me they had it. if i would of Known that I would of saved the trip and gone somewhere else.. What kind of business is that? i just drove for nothing. Very dissatisfied I don't see myself coming back to this place in the future. I wanted to really give my business to this place since it was my first time in Santa Fe, but I guess Lowes will do for now. Sadly, a sale and a customer were lost. Save your time, do your research and use the big box stores for items like that.

So none of the four employees could come and help me because it’s not their job but I guess sitting around and talking to each other is. Ridiculous, no customer service at all. You need to do better! Never again, one strike your out too many other places to buy from and can’t waste my time with laziness

The absolute worst. I’ve gone in several times to buy ONE thing because it is closer to my home. The employees are unhelpful and there is always a line to checkout, mostly because there is person at the register who is also answering the phone.
I will never, ever enter this insufferable store again. ACE, please shut the doors permanently and let something worthwhile use the space.

NEVER AGAIN! Third time in a row they screw up an online order. It’s ALWAYS a bait and switch. They show it’s in stock, and only when you get there they tell you “part of the order isn’t in stock, but we’re expecting it” (if I wanted to wait, I’d have ordered it all from Amazon and skip your overpriced items all together!). Next, what you do provide is CLEARLY WRONG! I have poor eyes and even I can read the labels accurately! I live 40 mins away, so when I place an online order and send someone to pick it up I expect it to be right! Lord, Every. Damn. Time. with this business. Customers, avoid this place like the plague unless you just absolutely WANT to pay a premium for everything here. Save yourself the hassle, go to SF TrueValue if you need hands on staff to assist you, or Home Depot if you don’t WANT to pay 20-30% more because this ACE is most definitely NOT the place. 👍🏼

Tried to return $6 in electrical box connectors to the store that I bought yesterday. I lost the receipt but had the card that was used during the transaction. I was told they could only issue store credit. Stupid rule. I’ll shop at other stores from now on. Bad experience everytime I come to this one.

The only guy who could help me was so rude and had such an attitude about asking for pricing. I indicated I wanted to buy a rather expensive product and he disappeared never to reappear and ended up behind the cashier register helping someone else with zero communication. I had been waiting a lot 20 min for him. He had no intention of coming back to get me the product. I don’t know how you guys stay in biz. Was trying to give my money to you. What a disappointment. Yikes.
