New to area last 2 years. This store has always had everything I've needed. Great produce and meats. Service has always been kind and friendly. A tall blonde lady whose name I don't know but always kind and friendly helping guest. I've noticed her several times over the last 2 years. Thought I'd end the year by thanking others for service. The fellas that cashier at night might not be super smiling but always seem to be fast and friendly and consistently working there. The store is clean and the different holiday decorations are very cute and inviting. Lucky to have this smaller but great store and great staff nearby. Thanks!

Considerably getting worse and worse. They need two windows now and should keep up with the need. Priority is not something they understand and the staff needs a refresher course in CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I've been going to this pharmacy for 5 years. I've always been quite satisfied and feel that the folks there care about good service. It's only been in the last month or so with different staff that things have changed in my experience. There is a certain amount of "fumbling" around to find my record, find the prescription and a few minor glitches. The line is nearly ways long, but as one review said, "that's life" these days. I do wish that training staff was more customer service oriented and professional.

Went to the bakery and found a simple vanilla cheese cake. I went over to the counter where it wasn't busy at all! I asked if they could write a simple name; nothing fancy, just a very simple write. They all stood there in aw, and I kept saying it doesn't need to he fancy. NO ONE WOULD DO IT and kept saying the "writer" is responsible for this request. I kept saying, "I don't care if it's not fancy. It's a simple name. No happy b-day, nothing! One of the ladies who called the shots sat back at her desk, and I asked to talk to her. She refused to give any customer service, and the other workers were willing if it was up to her. I'm super disappointed and surprised that not one of them could write a simple name

Have been going here for years, and getting prescriptions filled on time has progressively been getting harder. Quickly becoming the worst pharmacy in SF (CVS Cordova holds that spot) I really think they are overworked. They have some great PPL working there but a few lazy/un-helpful staff that can ruin your whole day. I recommend you AVOID for immunizations. BUT, if you feel lucky maybe you'll be one of the few that shows up and gets serviced before ppl waiting an hour before them. They have zero concept of "first come first served", and seemingly take ppl in whatever order they want. IMO if they can't organize immunizations for 30 ppl I can't trust them with important medication fulfillment.

Unless you want HORRIBLE pharmacy service—slow in filling your Rx, rude, this is not the place to go. Oh, and you could stand in line behind 15 people. Go somewhere else.

With shopping recently and left my cart for a few minutes while I walked over to the deli to buy one item and when I return to my cart they had already returned all my items!!! Apparently there's a low trust level here for their customers

The WORST pharmacy experience. I called in the morning to renew a Rx and received a text several hrs later saying the RX was ready. When I went to pick up the RX, i was quoted a price significantly higher than i had paid previously. When I inquired about the price, I was told that i did not have insurance which was incorrect. When i showed her my insurance card, she then went into their records and found my insurance information and she told me it would then take several days to put through insurance. When i then spoke to the manager, he told me that it was NOT their responsibility to check insurance and when they did, it was strictly a courtesy. I could not believe that this was coming from a pharmacy manager! Not sure if it was incompetency or laziness, either way time to change to CVS. Even for Santa Fe, this lack of customer service and rudeness is unusual.
