Convenient location but higher $ than Smith's and less selection. It was crazy busy and to check out credit card machines weren't working very well but I actually got the things that I shop for kind of barely but I did.

The cashier JEANETTE was very friendly, great customer service! I've been here many times and not one employee informed me on how to use my points, I didn't have to ask Jeanette, she gave me the information willing. Very great!!! Huge thanks to her!!! :)

I went to get a couple of things last minute. There were lots of people on the long lines, they opened more registers lines and it didn't take more than 10 minutes to pay for things. Great job!

Nice store with the usual grocery departments. The APP is problematic to give sale prices since they don't allow cross over from other states. Unlike Kroger where you can use the same phone number on any of their Apps.

No help at self register but yet there staring like your gonna steal no help hateful. That was my experience today. New workers come and go, so if any bad experience next time I'll tell the manager, like today the harassment how she kept walking up to me but yet no help just telling me what I'm ringing up.. ?

I just want to say that Crystal went out of the way for me to find an item that I couldn’t find. Not only looking with me, but when we couldn’t find it called the GM to locate what I was looking for.

I had two encounters with the older self service checkout lady. The first time, she harshly instructed me on how to use your checkout machines. Nothing she said was at all considerate. The second time, she scolded me for not ringing up my items correctly. I had asked her how to do it before she laid into me but she hurriedly gave me the wrong information, then blamed me. Then she grumbled quite loudly that she would have to ring up my items again after canceling my order. I had to wait for some time and I even said I'd forget about my purchase and just go since it was taking so long. She then said it was my fault that it was taking so long. There are enough other grocery stores in Santa Fe that understand customer service where I'm happy to spend my money.

This place is horrible. I couldn't find three of the most common items that you normally would have in a grocery store. Not to mention go down their chip aisle and you have your choice either you buy Lay's products or you buy the custom Kettle type chips. They don't offer a generic product. So either you pay six bucks for a bag of potato chips or you go without. Why does smith's, walmart, Food King offer those but not albertsons? I honestly think that this store and most Albertsons want to steer you towards what they want you to buy.

10/07/2023 there were two cart guys pulling in carts when I arrived. when I was leaving and at my car, I heard one of the cart guys tell the other one that they need to help this guy because he fell in the parking lot twice, that got my attention, and I rushed to put my groceries away so that I could go help.Your two cart personnel were swift to help this customer who had fallen and picked himself up, I didn’t see the falls, but saw the customer getting himself upright. Your employee “Danny” rushed to get an electric riding cart for this customer.Before I could turn around he was already coming out of the store with a cart for this man who had braces on both his knees. I’m sorry I didn’t get the name of the other guy working the carts with Danny today, but he was standing next to the customer that fell watching over him while Danny brought the electric cart to the customer.They both need major kudos, and maybe even a gift card, or something special, because what they did was very special!I hope management sees this and commends those two guys for a job well done. A lot of kids these days would’ve ignored something like that, but these guys were mature, and did a very good job in responding to a customer in need.Now that’s Customer Service! ?~KC

I have been coming to this store for longer than 5 years. Since the very first day the workers are so nice, dedicated, friendly to the point they go out of their way to help. If asked or not asked for help!!! Always with a smile too. Cleanness, foods never out dated. Every department to me is 100% great!
