The employee last night had an attitude with me, when I just asked for a simple question. He had the Audacity to be smart and give me an answer back rudely. Don’t even ever ask employees questions, because then they give you smart ass talk back.

I when to this location I spend 50 dlls and I need to used the restroom it was 2 people waiting just have one restroom open I ask to let us use the other restroom and the lady refused to open it name Susan. I will never stop on this gas again

I walked in after paying $60 for gas and asked if I can use the restroom - attendant has key. They obviously saw I had just been at gay pride and refused me. Entry said the bathroom was out of service. As I turn around, another woman walks out of the bathroom. Stay away from this place. They are hypocrites.

Says on google it’s 24 hours. Drove here at around 10:15 pm looking for some grub. Both doors locked, lights on. Looks like others are having the same experience

New Mexico as a state has restrooms locked and we’ve been told it’s because of the homeless population. We are visiting Santa Fe, are obviously not homeless, needed to get gas, and needed to use the restroom. Both my husband and I go in first, since all pumps are occupied. We asked where the restroom was to the only 2 employees (one looks like a young teenager male, and the other and older woman). They both looked at us and stated that it’s only for paying customers. My husband stated that he was going to get gas. The older female who seemed disinterested in life stated that he would have to pay first. My husband walks outside to get at a pump, of which has now opened a few spots. I then asked if I could use the restroom. The older lady continued wiping counters, refused to make eye contact and stated that it was for paying customers. I stated that that was my husband and he was going now to get gas. The older woman looked at me with disgust and stated “you will have to wait!” Understand that I was now the only person in the building besides the 2 employees. My husband pulled to a pump, payed, and began pumping gas. I again asked if I could use the restroom. The older lady continued wiping counters and angrily stated that I would have to wait. I stated that my husband was actively pumping gas. The older woman looks me angrily in the eyes and states “I said you will have to wait! I’ll let you in when I’m ready. Go stand down there and I’ll let you in when I’m ready!” I went and stood by the bathroom and a few minutes later the older woman came and unlocked the door all while glaring at me. I have never been treated so badly in my life. If your employees can’t show customer service, then they need to find employment at a location that has no human interaction.

the store is closed from 7:30pm every day the employees of the store are inside just sitting and many people waiting outside is a problem every day they never want to open many problems there with the store Allsup's should come to see the bosses!!

Staff seemed completely disinterested in customer service. Got a full tank of gas then went in to use the restroom. Was told it was “out of service.” No “sorry” no explanation. I got the distinct impression they could not have cared less.

Every time I come to the store it is closed after 10 PM. Update your hours.
