The staff are the nicest people, providing kind, caring, and pleasant service with good help. Their burritos live up to their world famous status, and the chimichangas are so good. A common complaint is that the restrooms are never available. Overall, it is a safe and pleasant stop for fuel and famous food.

Not 24/7. Its staffed 24/7 but the doors are locked at night. Gas pumps have no receipt paper and the staff runs to the back if you approach the locked doors.
